Hi Allan. The lighting in the engine Shed really makes the scene look special. A couple of locos being worked on or parked up inside will look great. I will go for a ride on the bike to visit Rhuddlan models again soon. Regards… Steve 👍
Good morning Lord Al. That new engine shed looks fantastic and surely must have been worth the effort to build. Having said that, I’m not sure I would have the patience. Great update. Thanks for sharing. Roy.
Well done for actually taking your time to make the new shed......so many people try to rush things and get it made in such a short period of time and with all the components in the kit, its not advised so how refreshing that I hear someone say that its taken them a while to make it. Hopefully the video series on how to build it helped and better than trying to read pages of instructions. Finger marks are the only pain seeing that its clear. Barbara got in contact a long time ago about getting this for your birthday, so hopefully she's made you a happy man. You've done a grand job and thank you for adding a Railway Laser Lines shed to your layout. Best Wishes Steve
Thank you so so much Steve. I hope i have done it justice for you .At the right old age of 71 i think i did well with one good eye..lol.. i found you explanded things superbly and well filmed .Sorry about the finger marks on the film but if you dont show it they don't believe you. It has cleaned up well since and I'm bound to get a few more yet adding the details to it. And Barbara is well chuffed with it as well as it`s a big investment to the layout. So on that point thank you so much for watching.. We will have to have a chat at GETS . Am there all weekend.....CYA soon Steve.
The new engine shed looks brilliant. I also admire your level of patience as I am sure it was quite challenging to construct. It looks like the gents in the high viz jackets will have a bit more space for working, and eating their sandwiches. I dare say it is important to keep them happy rather than some of them simply walking off diminishing in numbers and deciding to go to Tony North Eastern instead. I also noticed there are a few clouds over the Dragon Junction Area, so the people waiting at Dragons Junction Station will need to put their brollies up, or they may get wet.
Thank you Alan for your lovely comments and yes the lads have lots more room to work and rest.Hopefully there will be a new rest room for them soon. and the station is still under development . Just waiting on the contractors to turn up again to finish off the job site .
Hi lord Al, it's a great shed but yes you need to take your time building. It took me 3 weeks but I also built the west hill wagon works kit as well. I decided to fit my lights as I was building which made it a bit easier. Great build mate atb Andy
Thank you Andy ..Yes i should have done the lights as i built it but hay ho. it`s all done now and oh boy does it show up finger marks .. Got most of them off now. Should have cleaned it up before filming .Are no worries.. Started filming again yesterday in and around the shed and looks fun ..of course my lovely lady's were involved. i must get some better painted ones am thinking. May get some at GETS while am there...lol..
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MbWiwfa2Xxs.htmlsi=_1P69BulH_L-j63k check this out you may like it even better and Andy is a great guy and has a superb layout. you may get a few ideas from him.
Hey Lord Allan. The new engine shed looks like a good quality kit. Very unusual though for one to have glass in the side of it. Still, it makes it different and allows you to see the detail inside. Cheers. Mark.
Thank you Mark. Yes it a dam good good kit and not an easy build. Like you said it shows off the details in side .. Moorland model railway andy has done it far better than me . Take a look here`s the link.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MbWiwfa2Xxs.htmlsi=ePiKs8_bG7gZbDQs He`s a great modeler.

Darrenbury Central Hi great shed. You could add the Faller moving car system to the road would look good. I play train sounds cds when running my layout it adds to it. Tatty Bi
Great looking shed Allan, what patience you must have! It’s too daunting a task for me. The LED lighting is very impressive. All the best Allan. Keep safe and well.
Thank you so much Andy. And yes it was not easy . Do a bit and walk away and come back tomorrow. plus you have to watch the youtube instructions .all 15 of them and then start again..lol..
Thank you so much Alberto..Great to hear from you and hope your well. All good at this end .. Am making an other film about the new engine shed and hopefully post it next week. Stay safe my friend.
@@dragon-junction-MK2 Ciao dear Alla. Now i can follow as usual. We feel much better now but me and my wife we had Covid,a 5rreally bad experience despite the vacines made. All the best Alberto 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Afternoon lord Allan The engine shed looks fantastic matey really good Just adding the lights and a few things inside and out really makes it POP Catch you soon matey Sion
Great video again Allan. Love that engine shed - looks great with the glazing, much more open to look into. Will look into purchasing one - keep telling "her indoors" I simply have to "have it" each time I venture into my local model shop here in Perth, but Im not having much luck Im afraid! LOL!
G'day, m'lord! Great work and advice with the loco shed... it is truly brilliant, and a lot of little touches with fencing and grids! You also got some nice acquisitions... and the footbridge is quite nice, especially! Great running of trains, too! I really liked the train and older GWR livery toward the end!
New engine shed, a great upgrade. Good things sometimes take a long time to do, but the end result is worth it! At least that has been my experience with projects. When finished I think Lady Barbara should dedicate the engine shed. The larger shed suggests that Dragon Junction has become a busier rail center. Love the new bridges and High Street details. 🇺🇦 Hi Allan hope you're well. Love the engine shed. Don't think I would have you're patience, plus sausage fingers wouldn't help. Love you're layout, lots of time and effort gone into it. Nice one buddy. DELPH JUNCTION (Pete)
Hi al do like the new engine shed don’t know if I would have the patience to build it but nice work the bridge is a bargain 👍 nice upgrade cheers al 🚂🤗👍😆
Hi Lord Al I love the new engine shed as it looks very good in place plus all the little details . Not wanting to be picky but the clocks seem to have an hour difference between them 😅😅 GETS ing close to Milton Keynes. Cheers Kev
Hi Allan, just noticed one of your updates got away until now. Nice shed amongst shed loads of other stuff in a shed. Nice one 😁👍keep laughing mate, Atb Graham 😊
First of all, nice new engine shed. I think your steamies are jealous, because the engine shed on their side can't accommodate all of them, lol. "Hey, no fair!" complained all the steam engines together. "The diesels get a nice big shed, and all we have is a smaller one that can't accommodate all of us! Oh well, can't win them all." Second of all, yes you can run four trains at a time. These are the four that made me smile: Mr. HST, who I have an affectionate soft spot for. Mr. DMU with his great Driver's Eye View Mr. Blue Pullman, who I'm not very keen on White cab-roofed Britannia. Third of all (this would be called a request), can you run Britannia, a Great Western engine, Mr. DMU and Mr. HST sometime, pretty please?
WOW Kelly you made my day..Am glad you asked am am going to try and put a running session together. So ill see what i can do.. So a very big thank you for watching Kelly..
Hi Allan, Yes I did have doubts about the change but now love it the locos are on show and when you do the detailing inside should be great so well done this was indeed a mega update with more to come bring it on. Hope you are all keeping well there and I now have my ticket for GETS Saturday only but will be a super show I have no doubt. Cheers Robert.
Thank you so much Robert.. Big thank you for your kind words .It does make a difference seeing through the windows . lol..And like you said once i can sort out some of the bits for in side and out it should look fine. The hard part is not to over do it. So we are both well up here in wales and your looking fine as well. So off to watch your film now Chat soon Robert.
Nice update there Al. Loving the new loco shed. Very swanky! That new bridge of yours is the Skaledale version for the Harry Potter range. I have the same one. What bride are you looking for to replace the one on the new platforms?
Thank you so much for watching ..Am hoping there will be some more updates on the new West Hill Wagon Works Platforms with new bridges to match. but there still in development stage yet.we may see them we may not .
Hi Lord Al, thanks for the video it was as entertaining and informative as always, just a quick question, what do you recommend for cleaning the tracks?, keep up the great work 👍
Thank you for watching and no worries. i think you need to go back to the model shop . He`s got some lovely things he`s making that should suit your layout.
Thats a nice engine shed Allan and i do like the new footbridge it was a bargain, i would rust it up if was on my layout lol. The paint holders are really useful keeps the aints tidy and easily accessible too the grids are essential pieces on the roads like manhole covers too.
