DRDO and HAL should create two companies is PPP model I) one for AMCA and naval Amca ii) one company to produce Tejas 1,1a , mark2, ORCA, TEDBF for exports .. HAL doesn't have production capacity for exports So after 10 years both the private players would have enough experience for aircraft production and hopefully would be able to design future aircraft on their own..
Good to know they're going ahead with Tejas program with MK2. It's taken us 30 years to come to this, and our engineers have learnt through the years. This experience is priceless. Hope TEDBF will also go ahead. JAI Hind

We are moving in correct direction, and with excellent speed. The only thing we are missing here is indigenous engine. But I am 100% assure our scientists and engineers are capable enough to make a unique and world's best engine soon!!👍

I have some basic query about the Fighter Jets of IAF. Can all the types of existing IAF Fighter Jets fly at Supersonic speed? Do our upcoming Tejas Mk1, MWF and AMCA will hold the capability to fly at supersonic speed? If Yes, then what'll be their possible top speed? Do Supersonic speed provides an extra edge to the Fighter Jet during an aerial warfare, or to be more precise during a Dogfight? Kindly answer.
Production capacity has to be increased more then proposed with the help pvt. Players as it will force the development team to complete the projects on time and make way for future developments...

I love ur content. I think HAL is in full speed to improve its production capability. My opinion as like ISRO HAL & DRDO also should be operate like people.
Most of the plane has already been designed and tested in MK 1A. MK2 has been in design phase for 3 years now. So building the prototype will be easier. As most of the technology to used has already been tested for Mk1 and Mk1A.
Can u please provide the link?? As i feel 13.9m is from tip of radome to end of fuselage + .7m for the engine making it 14.6m as stated by ADA in Aero India!!
