You never ever - EVER - fill in a questionaire for a client/patient, even if it's based off other documents. The fact that she still was adament and showed no remorse or that it was wrong or strange, shows that Amber most likely has a hand in this.

Never met a sufferer of PTSD that can't cry real tears.

Can we just get one single normal and professional non-defensive "expert" from AH team that has done their job correctly ? I mean, with all this exposure, couldnt they just find better liars at least ?

This batch is unethical AF!! The reason the test directs patients to recall the past year is to determine if PTSD symptoms are present. NOT to determine if there was trauma. She knows this and manipulated the data. As a Soldier who actually has PTSD, this doctor fcking infuriates me.

Dr curry hit the nail right on the head with her diagnosis. You would think Dr Hughes would diagnose amber correctly so she could at least try to get help for her behaviour it's ethically wrong when she's misdiagnosing amber. Credit to Dr curry she was spot on.

The fact that he can’t even finish his question/statement without her going into her testimony not knowing exactly what he was going to say or point out, but immediately gets defensive & makes herself look guilty even more so, while being argumentative. I mean she’s just a older version of her client, Amber.

I cannot believe the lies, the downright LIES that people on AH's side will tell!! A Dr. saying "accute" and stating right in the same sentence "past". I believe she should not practice anymore. Why are these people not held accountable? No one else in the world would be able to get away with this behavior!!

The test was "somewhat colabrative", so I guess we can somewhat disreguard it.

I love how none of her team have linked this to drug seeking behaviors from patients. Like she’s rehearsed PTSD talking points to get a specific diagnosis

So the "expert" didn't use the test as directed and filled out the test on her own. Niiiiice.....

She actually said she colluded with Amber Heard to produce her report. This is not an independent expert report.

You don't "oriente the examinee to a different time frame" - The question is purposeful. The question asks for frequency of abuse in past 12 months as part of the comprehensive results. She corrupted the test. A lawyer on another channel said the jury showed nonverbal signs of doubting her credibility.

Frankly this witness is useless. She doesn't know what she's talking about and worse she's on the take. She'll say whatever they want for an easy paycheck. Of course the same can be said of any expert witness.

I have went through the behavioral test under my therapist instructions. There is no way a patient has to use the therapist hand to fill up the form unless they are illiterate. The idea is totally nonsensical.

So the psychiatrist answered the questions instead of Amber...and that's not suspicious? It's like having the teacher answer the questions of the test.

She answered the checklist for AH?? Damn, just how she conducts the screening? Assessment? And therapy? Oh, I read something, I assume it must be it

I get the feeling Amber thinks she is smarter than everyone. She basically says so. With the whole you have all the evidence you need to believe me!!

This case is an insult to the justice system, shame on Amber and her lawyers!!

She should surrender to admission of error in giving the test. That specific test was used for acute patients. If you are not acute, and now chronic (long term). Events and timeframe can cluster and be misrepresented.

Their are retrospective tests as I was diagnosed with ptsd nearly 20 years after the violence!! So why wasn’t one of those tests used? She says if your in an acute situation? Yet Heard wasn’t in an acute situation???

Dr. Hughes openly admitting to not using one testing guide as instructed and then filling out another test on her own instead of Heard doing it as instructed! For her altering the tests to fit her clients defense instead of for treatment and diagnostic purposes with which it is designed for, should have her medical license to practice in any field of psychology reviewed with disciplinary actions taken, up to and including revocation! What she did is totally egregious and unacceptable!

I can see FX adapting this trial into a TV special. Show the flashback from both JD and AH point of view and depict how they saw each other. I would definitely see that.

Dr. Hughes' behavior, professional negligence and misuse of tests should be reported to her professional order for malpractice.

They hired and paid for professionals that are not ethical and on the take, if they were on the up we wouldn't be hearing all this backlash and double talk. They should be reprimanded and fined or their licence taken away for misrepresentation or their profesions as a psychological representative.

In a diagnostic checklist the questions can have very high face validity. That is, it is very easy to recognize how to answer a question to give an impression of having the diagnosis that is being assessed. This is why they can never be used in isolation.

I feel an expert witness should be a court appointed one and no party should be given the chance to misuse their expertise!! It's seems so wrong .also it shouldn't be wrong if an expert is held accountable and punishable for giving false anylisis to misguide the judge or jury.🤔

No matter how much fame, power and money you have. Amber's obligation is only to herself. Her lack of self-reflection is evident. Narcissists are real masters at denying that they have harmed others. But when they feel harmed, or are really harmed, they make drama like it was practically an assassination attempt. However, as long as they are not victims themselves, they are fundamentally completely indifferent to the victims. Sad but true: Narcissists don't really pay attention to how they treat others, but they do pay very close attention to how others treat them. If such people were half as mindful in their own behavior as of others behaviour towards them, then the world would be a better place. Out of my experience narcissists are pretty ingenious at covering up and hiding their selfishness. A narcissist only has to leave out the behavior in the social environment that shows his basic attitude and always keeping things superficial and general and everyone will think of them as an affable and loving person. And if their hand does "slip"... then of course it's always someone else's fault or they blame it on their impulsive way. They will always conceal the tyrannical tendencies or convey them in such a way that people around them understand them. They know very well how to avoid being socially rejected with their inhumanity. Narcissists would rather drive the other person into self-loathing than respect the others feelings. They always try very hard to keep up appearances, because nothing fears a narcissist more than being exposed. Camille did a great job in exactly doing this, exposing a true narcissist. But, no matter what happens, don't ever expect an sincere and honest apology, because you'll NEVER get one from a narcissist. On the contrary, the narcissist is always right and every action they take is perfectly legitimate and justified, in their distorted cognition. I think, Dr. Curry was correct in the analysis of her multiple personality disorders. Sadly, getting narcissists to change their behavior in therapy is difficult, if not impossible. First, very few find their way to a therapist because they don't even notice what's wrong with them. However, if they actually go to therapy, it is usually a very lengthy process to implement the psychologist's tips. Because narcissism is based on the fact that people already perceive themselves as "perfect". In a psychotherapeutic treatment, however, it would literally be about the disappointment of his distorted perception. At best, one could say of narcissists that they don't know what they are doing. Narcissists are not competent enough to bear emotional responsibility because they cannot realistically assess their behavior and the effect it will have. They´re the type - you shouldn't fear me, you should love me. It couldn't be more unrealistic and psychopathic. They just believe what they want to believe. And often are a fan of discipline and order, because they confuse submission with teamwork. But because in their cognitive orbit any effect they have on others is rewritten into a character anyway, these lunatics will never understand what their destructive behavior is doing to others anyway.

I am a mechanic and while a mechanic has nothing to do with this trial I still remember when I was a young man, my instructor said never be an expert because a EX is a has been and a spert is a drip under pressure...

Dr. Hughes was really defensive and turning red with anger throughout the whole time on stand. It was obvious she wants everyone to agree with her assessment.

Amber isn’t the only person losing in this trial. Dr. Hudges’s career and reputation will take a big hit when this is over.

AH claimed that after running away from JD’s abuse, she took sleeping pills. This is the opposite of what a person with PTSD does. A true sufferer is hyper vigilant and terrified to go to sleep for fear the abuser will sneak on him/her….. lack of sleep is one of the hallmarks of PTSD. So if she took sleeping pills, which would confer an especially deep sleep, she was not terrified of more abuse.

Amber Turd will look like Dr. Dawn Hughes when she ages half a decade from now. All crappy, complaints and gives headache to the fast food workers and the cashiers, and lies in court.

Why can't the court assign forensic experts as a neutral 3rd party to examine both sides and their evidence? So much time wasted on those so called expert witnesses and debates on whether they/their testomony qualifies.

You want to tell me that in the face of post-epidemic world Dr Hughes didn't have the resources to conduct the testing of Amber in a proper way, so she had to fill in the form herself? I live 400 km from my psychologist and recently I had to do seven different questionnaires for a study, and I didn't have to move my fat as* from home, because it's totally possible to fill those out on a PC in a special program designed for those tests. Amber could just sit her ass in front of her desktop like I did and do the freaking questionnaire herself if she couldn't go and see the specialist for whatever reason. Unless she wanted to pay someone who KNEW those questionnaires to fill them out on her behalf and make it look like she has PTSD. Hmm but that would be scummy and Amber is such a noble and delicate soul she would never do that oh wait she would.

Self report tests are not suitable for forensic uses because you can easily manipulate the results

Heard surrounded herself with the most arrogant lawyers and 'expert witnesses' imaginable ... just like herself. I guess she had to scrape the bottom of the barrel as nobody any good would come and bat for her side. On the other team Johnny was surrounded with rational, trustworthy lawyers and experts - this reflects very well on him.

I work for a mental health clinic and the pcl5 is a tool that we use for our clientele. It's something that we use to find a baseline for the client so we can gauge what kind of therapy is needed. It is not by any means meant to solely diagnose. In my opinion she is personality disorder cluster B traits all the way.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?????? Filled in the test results for her? Not only is that extremely shoddy mal-practice, I think that should be enough to have her license pulled from her for a couple years. Unless she can show that that is a "common" practice of hers then that rises to the level of perjury when she is answering psychological tests for that one particular patient for the purpose of testifying in court.

When you have pdsd you scream out of fright when you are confronted by your abuser that’s and one cannot even speak about the trauma in general conversation brought up about the trauma. Amber can articulate and recall minute and details in perfect succinct which is impossible with our a single fluster. From my personal experience of ptsd from a stalker and daily abuser and a father who fought in Vietnam, I can attest that she has not experienced anything along the lines of trauma to cause true ptsd. It would take 20 +years to detail such an experience. Therefore I believe she is spewing lies 🤮 even if forced recount the alleged trauma, thee is no way she could Do it so such a perfectly and verbosely.

She is board certified and has been in the business for a long time. I think saying she is lying to help Amber is maybe pushing it, she clearly has made and has got a lot of money and probably more than Amber. I think she is just bad at her job and it's as simple as that. She's out of touch and has been shown, by Dr Curry, how bad she is and how easy it was for Amber to manipulate her whereas Dr Curry saw right through Amber for the person she is.

Gaaaaahhh I so wish the jury could skim thru the internet and watch some of these investigative videos that ppl watching this trial have made, it's a real eye opener and could possibly show things that the jury missed seeing or hearing

She keeps arguing for all her failings that the test can still be performed outside of the parameters stipulated in the medical guidelines... its total madness. Her sensitive and bullheaded stubbornness in the face of overwhelming evidence seems pathological.

If you administer a scientific test but do not follow the guidelines for procedure, the results are not valid. Just imagine doing a chemical experiment but you switch out chemicals or mix them in different percentages than recommended…do you think you’ll get the right outcome? Ridiculous! Not an expert in my books.
