Can we just take a moment. They ask hin to name a team of 5 and he IMMEDIATELY names Brian Shaw. Had to think about everyone else. Thats respect from the GOAT right there
There's something admirable about Big Z, with the amount of trophies won he could easily be so obnoxious and arrogant - instead he stays calm and collect, going at his own pace. It's a shame he doesn't put much out on youtube, as his content seemed much less gimmicky than others.
Not sure, but think it might be due to his english. As a non native speaker myself, I know how humbling it makes you in a conversation if you can't reach full potential of expressing yourself. Not saying he's a braggy type of person, but since lituanians say he is a big conspiracy theorist and also some lituanian newspaper have articles about that, I believe it's a little different when he is more comfortable.
Real champion are humble in my opinion. Brian Shaw is kind of like that too. I watch armwrestling and some armwrestlers can be very rude and success often goes to their head. But the best armwrestler right now, Levan Saginashvilli, is like Big Z. Slow pace, big teddy bear that like to giggle. Real champions do have great mindsets.
@@Admiral_Lips think someone deleted my comment, just google qanon and his name and it's atleast mentioned at some lithuanian websites that he ran some group
It's something special about Big Z. It's like there's no trick hidden away from our eyes. He is really both the strongest and the chillest human being of all time.
Still remember when I met him in 2017, had the privilege to chat with him for 5 minutes too. He truly is a great man: smart, honest, calm, kind, humble and, last but not least, the strongest ever.
@c a m yea roid rage is only for amateurs that cant keep there hormones in check, its generally when there estrogen spikes that they get the so called roid rage.
In the first age, in the first competition, when the weights first lifted, one stood, burned by the push down cable, his soul lit by the limelight and trained beyond ascension. He chose the path of perpetual victory. In his ravenous strength he found no peace, and with boiling blood he scoured the umbral gyms seeking vengeance against the dark bloat lords who had wronged him. He wore the crown of the strongman kings, and those who tasted the bite of his hand name him the Big Z
I reckon if big z lived even 100 years ago and got the accolades he has we would write him off as a hoax, but he is real and walks among us and the more you look into him the more he just blows your mind. Truly the goat of strength.
Yeah eddies ego has made him so insufferable and unlikeable. I used to be a huge fan of his, his story was quite incredible but man…ever since the boxing match he has been awful, man wasn’t humbled at all
Lmao I was thinking that, it's not a particularly big country, but you literally have to wait until Big Z retires to have a chance at that gold. Americans have it pretty rough too... Brian Shaw, Martins Licis and the Stoltman bros make it pretty hard even to podium
@@Blobbyo25 stoltman bros are scottish But what you said it's still true you know, i mean, competing against gabe peña, trey mitchell, brian shaw, martins and many others... You gotta consider yourself lucky if you ever end up at 8th place
Big Z is the man. Love this guy. It’s very impressive that he is still competing and doing well. A great role model. I think it’s good. I’m very happy. Maybe.
Big Z doesn’t have a lot of barbell strict pressing content, but I’m sure he could have put up 450-500 lbs in his prime, especially considering how strict some of his log lifts and axle presses are.
It blows my mind I met him and Kazmaier at the Arnold 2019, got a pic and I never knew who he was there. I tried speaking to him not knowing his English wasn't great and he gave me the biggest smile and only said hello really. Very welcoming though
