What you saw at the beginning (the e) was something called Eulers Identity and it actually equals to -1, which is why it came out of -1 And yes, π is pi.

Orange is such a quick learner. I love how he goes from simple addition to whatever happens at the end (I kinda lose it at a certain bit) Another thing I love about this video is that apparently this is all accurate!

Idea: in chapter 3 they’ll be different endings to rainbow friends ending 1: we knock out red and save blue and orange who are good now then we go into planes and chapter 4 will be airport ending 2: we knock out red but save only blue or orange and instead of getting one out he ain’t get out old man is feeling guilty and he go back and ending 3: we don’t save one and cutscene play but red get up and shoot us with gun and we dead

And btw the "e^iπ" stands for Euler's number (the "i" stands for imaginary number) and the other symbols that u saw were delta, zeta, phi, and the giant one, aleph/aleph null. Hope this information is helpful for u
