Theory: This is a movie Jason made in college, but he’s pretending like he has no idea what it is to hide the pain. It explains the sasquatch suit and the sheets; you can’t fool us, Jason!

I think my favorite thing about this movie is the behind the scenes featurette where the director goes on to talk about the advanced CGI that's being used in the movie only to have a dude in an old Party City monster costume walking around picking up 2D cars.

Without a doubt, this is my absolute favorite of all the Steven Segal movies you've screened

Erin's soul leaving her body at "IT'S 140 MINUTES!?" had me howling.

This is my go-to example of a so bad it's good movie. It's one of those movies where you could watch it a hundred times, yet still find new things that are wrong about it. Also the man who made this movie took it seriously, which is why it comes off as so funny.

The laugh Jason gave when the dog was ripped apart was perfectly maniacal

Fun Facts: In a 2017 interview, director Dave Wescavage revealed that, at its heart, Suburban Sasquatch is a film about family, and that's what's so powerful about it. (🤣) Neil Hope, who played Wheels in the Degrassi series, had a brief uncredited role. It was his last role before he succumbed to diabetes and alcoholism. The mumbles and growls of Sasquatch were provided by director Dave Wascavage himself. Budget constraints forced the director to shoot the entire film in daylight, as shooting at night would have been more expensive. Sasquatch's first victim, the boyfriend, has his head smashed in. In the crime scene however, his head is inexplicably back in place. The police uniforms are visibly fake for several reasons. Not only are their uniforms obviously just brown shirts with tape on them, but they carry their guns in their hand because they don't have holsters. All of the "night-time" scenes were obviously filmed in daylight as seen by the bright and sunny sky and the look of the overexposed shots. The "cave" where Sasquatch resides in is obviously a living room with the walls covered in black garbage bags. There are no extras in the restaurant scene. Obvious CGI door that Sasquatch breaks down when he tries to kill Rick's grandmother, the real door can even be seen right next to it. An arm is clearly flung in the air when Sasquatch attacks Barbara off-screen yet she inexplicably has both arms in the next shot. Sasquatch apparently eats Barbara's entire body after he kills her, bones and all, yet the concrete only shows a tiny squirt of blood and no other scraps. He's also still eating the same arm of hers that he started with. Muffy is an obviously stuffed prop when Sasquatch rips the dog in half. Sasquatch constantly changes size throughout the film, either when his body is visibly stretched out by CGI or when it's plainly obvious that he's standing on an off-screen box. The rock music in the background of the living room inexplicably turns off even though no characters in the scene turned off any visible radio. Rick's Newspaper Company was obviously filmed at a high school, as seen by the students playing sports outside the windows. Character error Rick doesn't believe Talia's claims that Sasquatch exists at first even though he had already seen him with his own two eyes. One of the hunters shoots Sasquatch with a rifle but misses, yet his fellow hunters congratulate him for his "good shot".

THIS IS MY FAVORITE REALLY BAD LOW BUDGET MOVIE OF ALL TIME. THANKS FOR WATCHING THE DVD I SENT YOU. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

This video is proof that you will never know a whole movie from a single review. I've watched the RLM review of Suburban Sasquatch several times and consider it one of their best videos so I wasn't really expecting to see anything new, but you guys provided some fresh takes and some different reactions than the RLM crew. The line about the absent father was hilarious, to the point that I'm shocked that RLM never mentioned it. Keep up the good work!

There was a particularly awesome FX shot of Squatch knocking the FAKE CGI DOOR open, while the REAL DOOR WAS STILL ON THE HINGES.

Great content guys..There are aspects of George.a romeoro "Dawn of the Dead" in this film very tight budget, people looking at camera,total crop special affects, but all acorns grow..blessings for giving it a so bad its good rating.i think it was a learning process.🌛🌕🌜💜

I remember watching this couple years ago from Possum Reviews. It was one of worst movies I have ever seen. The sasquatch kind of reminds me of the movie, "Queen Kong" (it's a "King Kong" parody from the 70's), except the sasquatch is uglier. Maybe slightly better than "After Last Season".

This is a fish out of water gem. The normally recluse Bigfoot (Hide and Seek Champion) boldly goes everywhere and dismembers all appendages it gets a hold of. Foraging be damned! Night, day, forest, back yards, nothing is out of bounds. I want to meet the grade schooler who made this.
