I just discovered your channel, and I'm so glad that I did !! I have had many paranormal experiences, and have been reading books (and watching documentaries and TV programs) on all strange subjects since I was about 10 years old (since around 1965). Yours is one of the very few channels that I actually learn new things from. I am aware of most of your references: I've either read the material myself, or know of the author. [But you also introduce me to NEW books and authors.] I love how you make connections ... I've been trying to "connect the dots" in many ways over the years. John Keel was a great one for looking at the statistics regarding "strangeness", and trying to learn from them. I recently have been thinking about the fabric of our reality (simulation? computer program? etc.), and I also have been studying astrology seriously since 1987. I have concluded that if astrology can "predict" events (and in many cases, it's spot-on), what does that tell us? That perhaps astrology taps into the "algorithm" which informs our reality. That's one example of what I've been considering over the past several decades. I love your show because you confirm many associations and "coincidences" among various forms of "strangeness", and are open-minded about these connections. BTW, I was on the fence about the existence of Bigfoot until I believe I heard a couple right off my property a few years ago. I heard chattering, but not like birds or squirrels ... more like monkeys. And then I heard deep grunts (I'm in Western PA, near the OH stateline). I got into my house ASAP. I believe I heard a couple of juveniles .... Anyway, I've been watching 2 or 3 episodes a day from you gentlemen and I love the breadth, depth and intelligence of your "reporting" and conversation. Thank you for providing much-needed discussion and review on all the subjects you present !!

After listening on and off for a few years I finally decided today to be a + member. Just had to find out what happened Uncle Ponto and the rest of this story! Stay based fellas

When I was 15, I got really sick. I was in bed for about a week, I could barely eat, and I felt horrible. I had a dream. My friends kept showing up in my room. They would say… come hang out with us, we are out front. I would get up, but no one was there. I would go back to bed and they would show up again…we are in the garage by the basement. I walked all around the house, but no one was there. This repeated all night. The next morning, my mom said did you see the cougar paws on the porch. That thing must have been huge! Something was luring me outside all night, and potentially putting me in a dangerous position. This house was up a gravel driveway right above a cemetery. Before we moved in, the previous tenants had drawn a pentagram on the living room floor. The house was in the woods and beautiful, but there was something evil there. When you guys talked about the woman that kept being stood up by Bigfoot, my heart sank. Bigfoot is Demonic. If you open the door to these things, you will get way more than you asked for.

You should look at the research that Robert Judd is doing in Alberta. His videos are at Swan Lake Bigfoot on RU-vid. Look at his footage from about 5 months ago, where he has video of at least three Bigfoot around him and he can’t see them but knows they are close because he can feel and smell them. But afterward, in post production, he realizes he can see them in the reflection of his sunglasses. This is truly a game changer.

And interesting subject for your program would be the missing in Alaska. 20 thousand people missing since the 80's. An average of 2500 a year. The RU-vid channel Subarctic Sasquatch's Fred Roehl tells people's Sasquatch stories. He says Sasquatch in Alaska are maneaters and incredibly dangerous.

Warning: Mysterious Universe leads to harder stuff. Can no longer go a day without listening to Ben and Aaron. The only times I am disappointed is when one or the other is away. I started off on LPOTL which is a lot of fun but after discovering MU I found it far more appealing due to their ability to more equally balance a sense of humour with the seriousness the story telling deserves and without leaning into a cult of personality. In fact when I first started to listen well before the video's it took me a year or so to tell who was who and I'm Australian. Which brings me to my next point is it just me or do Aussie's just do this shit better than their U.S. counter parts? I've always loved these loved these type of subjects since watching In Search Of as a kid. These guys don't dumb things down over sensationalize or use music and editorial tricks to manipulate their audience, such a breath of fresh air. I saw someone in here comment that they didn't like being manipulated into subbing to find out how a story ends, I feel that, I can no longer afford access to the back catalogue myself and that hurts but at the end of the day It's a business and I know from listening they both do a shit ton of work to build such a great collection of stories and make them so compelling. It's a story telling business, this is the one best trick they have up their sleeve as old as time itself, how else are supposed to monetarize it? I don't begrudge them for using it. Recently I noticed Ben jest something like he wishes he could erase the back catalogue out of embarrassment. Please don't, it's bloody great mate. Thankyou MU You fill the paranormal shaped hole in my heart.

I remember debating Johnson back in 2006 to 2008 on Facebook groups and on Bigfoot Forums about his "Flesh and Blood" zealotry. He was so adamant that BF was merely an unclassified ape. I knew from a young age that they had "paranormal powers" and could speak telepathically, but he wouldn't hear it. Cognitive Dissonance galore. It's hilarious that he threw a 180 degree turn and drank the WOO Kool-aid. 😂

I really loved these two shows on Bigfoot - very interesting, including the plus segment. I could have done without the Cookie Monster accent though.

Although I would have loved to hear the rest of the story I am not signing up for your plus because it is manipulative and I don’t do manipulative and if I want the rest of the story I can just buy the book.

George Knapp as we'll as top scientists talked about seeing walking wolves and wolves standing on two feet on the ranch and at times the hitchhiker effect took place where they went home with them and their wives and kids would see them outside their houses.

40:45 you’re talking about near infrared light amplification. A true infrared camera only receives electromagnetic radiation. It’s passive and doesnt need to light anythig. So try that instead. PLEASE
