Right now that hall to the back door is wasted space. Make it a little narrower and the laundry room a little wider, so that the back door can be moved to the laundry room. Put some shelves in the former hall to turn it into a pantry room, and put an outlet at the back end of it for a freezer.

I really do love this home. l just wish it didn't have the wire racks. Or the seams on the wall where you can see how they put it together. I wish the wash room was larger. It is a beautiful home. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom. Hope you can show us more 2 bedroom homes.

I think the same things. Except for the kitchen this house reminds me of the single wides I used to see before getting my double wide with 3 bedroom and more storage in 1200 sq ft. Hard to believe but I got mine for $40K! I think the flooring make this one look cheap.

Main entrance is the side door because it is easiest to open and the porch with sliding doors would be pointed at the best view. The long hall provides room for coat hooks etc.

Exactly. Most of these types of homes are in 55+ resorts down here in Florida and have carports attached. That side door is close to the kitchen and isn't as formal as those two in the front for "company"

Absolutely love this home. You do such a good job showing us these homes.There are a lot of us single folks so a 2 bedroom is fine for us. Like the tile brought up to the ceiling in the tubs.

I love that it is really pretty but oh my goodness the price on it is like crazy expensive I was thinking 100,000 to 125,000. When the hundred and sixty-five thousand popped up to 185,000. That was kind of like a sticker shock but it is a pretty home though

I would definitely use the door with the entryway as the way in, because how can you unlock the door coming home. I would like it with drywall and not the seamed walls. The gray plank floors are getting old and dated. Master water closet has wasted space. I wouldn't have the door hitting the shower door, which looks cheap. Add a skylight in the utility room. Was too dark. There's things I like and others I dont.

Love the porch, but the 2 posts at the marriage line looks odd. Seem like they could have used 2 temporary posts during the build and replaced with one during the lot set and then complete the railings. 2 sets of sliding doors seem strange also. I would rather have windows in the dining area and have more room for full size table and chairs. Other than that, it's a very good looking home.

I like that Porch. Actually I really like that whole trailer, it is very nice. I think that back or side door would be the main entrance. Sliding glass doors do not seem to be right for a main entrance unless you change one to a French Door, the one by the Living Room. I think screening in that whole porch would make a nice year round place free from bugs.Also the door into the master closet needs to open out into the bedroom or possibly a pocket door.

Nice house. A couple changes I would make one being the sliding door off the dining room. I would go with the original floor plan Showing the front door coming into the dinning room wit a double window where the sliding door is and the same in the living room. A double window where they have the patio door. The second change would be to eliminate the back entry hall and expand the utility room. Then I would have freezer space and a nice big utility sink. Still keep the back door opening in as is. I really like the kitchen. Particularly with the drawers and that fantastic sink. They'd have to flip/flop the second bath and utility. A seat and niche in the master shower, medicine cabinet over the sinks in the master bath. Tape and texture all the walls and wood split shelves in the bedroom closets. Basically a solid all around floor plan. Nice home.

I actually really like this home! I'd put a patio door in the dining room, love the porch! I'd use the side door as the main door, that deck needs to be facing some water lol. The main thing I'd change is the colors, I'm so done with gray lol.

I always wonder why the islands don't have more electrical outlets and why these homes don't have walk in pantries big enough to store cleaning supplies, pet foods or a freezer. Those are two deal killers to me. One days I'll find the right one for my retirement property.

I like the porch and living area but not a fan of sliding glass doors which might be optional. The marriage line in the main bedroom takes away from the decor. I’ve watched the other two videos you have posted and interested in what else they offer.

I would turn the kitchen around and put it at the front of the house and eliminate the dividing wall between the hallway and (now) dining room. I would add cabinets on the wall by the door and move the door over to center on the dining room table. Also eliminate the sliding door into the livign room, make it a standard half glass door.

I like this house because of the front porch and there is two bathrooms two bedrooms and the ventington is in the ceilings. I would have one slider door to a deck off the kitchen. Safe travels and enjoy the 4th of July plus the weekend.🙏🤗

With both bedrooms being rearranged to have ensuite bathrooms, this would be perfect for two housemates or two couples. I anticipate that given the skyrocketing and astronomical prices of conventional housing, that we'll see more roommate situations and alternatives.

I’d have to omit that foyer and add the space to the laundry room… flip the hall bath to current laundry room location and add the laundry space to foyer space.. I’d still keep a side door there but then there would be a spacious laundry room. Master bath could use some tweaking too. Toilet closets are a waste of space and I don’t like them… I want the toilet in the open for various reasons. Shower could be larger because there’s 18 inches or two feet of wasted space behind the plumbing wall…

I was thinking the same thing. Also, a bit too much space in the living & kitchen/dining. I would move the kitchen & living towards the sliders several feet to give the second bedroom & the flipped laundry more space. There would then be an area for cleaning supplies along with a sink & perhaps a freezer. Great minds think alike! 😅

The kitchen seems to have sufficient drawers and so plenty of space for a kitchen especially since not a lot of folks will be living here. That island would be perfect for cutting fabric out if you like to sew. Nasty floor especially with the board and battens or whatever they are called. I assume that this home has a lower price point than some of the other ones that are finished out nicer. From what I could tell on the floor plan other than the two bedroom closets, there is no storage. The cabinet for the linens in the master bathroom and the 'pantry' unit in the kitchen next to the fridge both need shelves. Trying to stack up towels in the bathroom means you are going to be having avalanches. The unit in the kitchen doesn't have a shelf either and there is a limit as to how much you can stack in the kitchen. If you are thinking of using that cabinet for your small appliances, most won't be able to go in there because of the wood divider makes the 'entry' way into the cabinet too small for most appliance like a Crock pot to fit in it. They should be able to install one of those with one door. Having that with two doors, that wood divider and skinnier than usual overall, is going to make for problems with using it efficiently. Price is way to much for what you get. Other than the kitchen that looks good except for that one cabinet, I'm not going to buy a home with not even a spare coat closet or storage closet.

I love this home it would be perfect for my parents. I love that the same flooring is throughout the home and there isn't carpet in the home. My Dad broke his hip in January and he came home three months later. Of my parents had carpeting in their home my Dad wouldn't have been able to come home.

Very nice size and a good price! I'd like to swap in another color of flooring and some rectangular bathroom sinks. I'd also like to change the slider by the dining table to a big window. Add some wall color and this home is a beauty.

I would change a few things. I do like the house, but for my property, it would have to be adjusted. Take the sliding door in the front room and make it an actual front door, sliding door in the dining room, and make them windows. The window in the dining room make it a single full glass door. The second bathroom and the laundry room switch places. The hallway to the front door incorporate it into the laundry room so there's room to put in a sink and folding counter plus a door for the dogs to go out to their yard. Fix the marriage line, especially in the master bedroom it's too cumbersome. Sorry. Thank you for the tour, Chance.

Very nice arrangement of the dining, kitchen and living room with a lot of porch. I would have an exterior door in the living room. Flip the laundry and bathroom and include that hall in the laundry room. Give it a linen and storage closet and leave the exterior door to a carport. The second bedroom is too small. Take 2 or 3 feet out of the living room or even the porch. The marriage line in the MR is a big turn off. MR bath is nice. Needs a small window on the toilet room. I lived in this area for about 25 years. The color of the siding is a heat trap. Needs to be lighter. Sounds like I am not liking this house. Not true. Lots of potential and God knows housing is a problem in this area right now. Chance Thx for your vids.

I didn’t see any coat closets in laundry room or living room. I looked through Schult’s homes & the same thing. A tiny linen closet & no coat closet. Guess the vacuum, mops go in a bedroom closet?
