Hello sir, mera naam RAJDEEP ROY hai. Mera weight 4 mahine pehle 60 kg tha but mai week me 5 days physical training leta hu jisse mera weight abhi 56kg ho gaya hai. Actually mujhe apna weight 72-75 kg rakhna hai. Please mujhe bataiye ki mai kya diet follow karu jisse mera weight badhe. Vaise mai nonveg(Chicken & Eggs) bhi khata hu. Mujhe 2-3 month me apna weight gain krna hai. Morning me physical training and evening me gym karta hu.
