3:20 she’s giving him her praises and blessings for more reps and better muscle development. Finally someone who plays the support class right and keeps close to the group tank.
All have amazing biceps...Arnie with his legendary bicep peak, Lee Priest, Roelly winklaar, Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Leverone etc but for me Mr Jurassic himself was a monster, his arms were unreal.
Great video! Lee Priest has arms that Superman would want. Great seeing Aaron Baker. A bodybuilder that we don't see much of. Mike Matarazzo had some great guns on him. He really was a great preformer on stage. Thanks for putting this video out.
*“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.”* - Michael Jordan Have a great day!
So many great arms, that sweep of Flex Wheelers triceps is like a horses thigh, and Levrone is like a transformer two delta wings for triceps, the only man in the world where his rear delts can be seen from the front, he's like the human version of a Lamborghini Diablo.
Arnold's legendary bicep peak from 1970 , back when the gym had less than 3-4 machines for training arms, is definitely incredible. Just look at that peak!
99.9 percent of us watch these videos and get motivated but in reality 99.9 percent of us won't even come close to looking like these guys. These guys are one in a million and all the gear they are on. It's just funny to me because we all watch it thinking we will become looking like them if we work out hardcore lol. It's like watching your favorite superhero.
That's true, but all of us out here are just trying our best to become the best that we can, even if we can't look like them it's still very motivating, we can learn from their work ethic and hard work to become better than we are yesterday.
yeah lol, in my head I'm always like "One day I'll look like them" but in reality there's no way, it's genetics and the sheer amount of gear they use, it's their job to look like that, whereas bb will always just be a hobby for people like you and me
Honestly most of us who have some years in the gym know that we will never look like them and even if some of us could is it really worth it? That being said still I am a fan of what they do.
@@kalakuta.tuidemal5616 well that is true but you can be massive to a big extend even with bad genetics with a lot of drugs and a lot of food but you will look Terrible.
You got to have alot of respect to the past and the present, heroes and legends who inspire the next generation in bodybuilding art and YES it's a art of dedication to create a master piece, it doesn't happen over night, it takes blood sweat and tears to create the foundation and a true sculpture of a art to take away the ruff edges and creating the final piece. From the 60's to 2021 God bless you all. 💯🙏
Respect to all these machines! But Bro, Markus Rühl has the craziest arms, especially his bicep is not from this world. Would like to see him more often in your videos with better clips of him
This is the best bodybuilding motivation channel guys let's make this channel 1M subscribers all the best bro and keep uploading like this video and motivate us...
Cycle or not that work ain't optional.... Gotta put in work. Even King Coleman with killer genetics had to earn his keep in the gym. Gotta pay the Iron God Ogun
