My favorite bicep exercise is the Barbell Cheat Curl for MASS. ''This is an exercise that everyone will grow from. A barbell curl that's done in the beginning very strict, then when it gets heavier with a little cheating, and then when it gets really heavy MORE cheating. There's nothing wrong with that. My favourite biceps exercise is Preacher curls It pumps and builds my biceps to the maximum I'm also training arm wrestling with my Preacher curls and it works 👌🏻

The only different one for me was a decline tricep extension as opposed to the french press. I guess its nearly the same but i love doing them. Stoked the rest of my arms workout is the same as Arnolds.

As Arnie said about his great friend Franco, he always looks tense. Arnie's incredible biceps moreso as the peak seemed to pop from nowhere. Perfect chest, peak on biceps that, if you look carefully, leans opposite way to other bodybuilders - it peaks away from shoulder, 32 in waist (compare stumpy yates' 38incher), calves (compare Coleman's), &, as noted by other reviewer, perfect symmetry.
