@@patriciacolombini6567 Ok , now can you achive a body like him using the same chemicals , bro it's a complete effort and their dedication towards the work not the effect of chemicals Respect for athletes 🙏🏽
That's unnecessary. He might be very wide but he's also rather short. If he lays himself on the floor he can roll himself sideways through a normal sized door.
As requested by many people, another shoulder day motivation!! Time to build those boulder shoulders 🔥 What else do you wanna see in future vids? Let me know 💪
Wow so much appreciation for Markus Rühl. Outside of the BB scene almost nobody knows him. That the widest of all times who turned every pose in a most mascular comes from Germany so less ppl know it's a shame. Also Nasser and Dillet were also great men. The 90's were a great time for BB.
Paul dillet, is one of my favorites, he was so wide and had a small waist, that’s why he looked pleasing to the eye, even being that big, that’s why his Nick name was Jurassic paul, but markus ruhl just had that freaky mass monster look, I always liked him too, my favorites that never won a Olympia, Paul dillet, markus ruhl, Dennis James, Kevin lavrone, Mike mentzer, Danny padilla, Lee priest, Chris Cormier, flex wheeler, victor richards,
@@alexmacdonald921 you can't do all that hard work and get knocked out because you didn't pose well. Seems unfair to me. I've seen him pose too,his poses are not as bad as they make it seem.
All these guys are wide. There is one that stands out who was easily the widest in the group Markus Ruhl. No one came close. And let's be clear without the juice this would not be possible. Back in the day Don Howorth was the man. Great genetics.
*I have very thick shoulders but also very thick hips like a rectangular “strongman” physique.* I’m overweight [400lbs aiming for 270lbs] but am slowly losing it and I don’t want to get too slim, I would rather have some upper fat to help broaden up the chest and shoulders.
Man oh man I wouldn’t cAll myself a bodybuilder but I hit the gym at least 5 days a week and eat and eat and eat. I commend these guys as for someone that has been working out for 35 years I could never get to where they are , maybe when I was much younger but I was not focused or driven like them all these gents are monsters
Ruhl & Dillet we're two freaking monsters of nature,,, there size made every bodybuilder look small and average 🦕🦖 and to think Dillet wasn't a big eater only had 2-3 meals a day 😳😳😳😳
The hands clasped most muscular pose of Kevin is an iconic pose. I'd put that at the same level as Arnolds 3 quarters twisted back double and Jay's quad stomp.
It amazes me how the people who deserve the shine and the accolades don't seem to get it. These guys are huge, but I am talking about two men who believe had the best body dimensions and that is O.G. Craig Munson and the late Sergio Olivia.
The most impressive bodybuilder I have ever seen in street clothes was the late Steve Michalik, 1972 Mr. America. 52” chest, 27” waist, 28” thighs. Standing next to him in street clothes was the late Chris Dickerson, former Mr. Olympia. Steve looked far more impressive.
