I'm currently on the challenge and I do only 4 weight training sessions a week, also I didn't reduce my calories for phase 3 cause I felt I struggle a bit with phase 2 still, phase 1 was comfortable so I might reverse diet to phase 1 after the challenge ends

I read your Macros book and it is the most scientifically sound nutritional book I have read! Helped me to understand my body needs and help me see how I need to eat appropriately. I don't listen to anyone else when it comes to nutritional and hormonal health. Thank you!

I noticed I stopped losing weight when my calories were too low. I had no energy to exercise either. I just recently upped my calories. I think I am wear I need to be. I feel motivated to exercise now. I haven't lost more weight yet but I did just lose a inch off my waist and hips.

I’m confused on working out and intermittent fasting. My eating window (what works best with me and my schedule) is 11am-7pm. Should do I workout before 11 am right in the morning or before I eat or after I eat ? I’m also an endomorph with hormone imbalance

I had a question about indole carbinol-3. I began taking per your recommendation for balancing hormones. I’ve had a lot of brown discharge since using is this normal? Do you know why this happens? I tried finding information online to no avail. Thanks and I love your videos!🥰

I find it really difficult to ingest anything before my workout. Is it really necessary to have a pre-workout meal???

I would love a calorie calculation. I know I am in this category of insufficient caloric deficit, however I CANT eat more than 1200 calories per day and it's almost essential that I stay under 1,000 in order to lose weight. 😩 Most days I'm literally starving because I can't eat anything without gaining weight. I lost over 100 lbs but have gained 20 back and strugging to keep my weight down. I will try this as I'm absolutely at my whits end and no longer know what to do. 🥴Thanks for your videos 💯💯💯💫

Oh no no! DO NOT STRAVE YOURSELF! No doubt you will lose weight fast but trust me it will BONSE BACK and you will again gain weight more than you have lost by starving yourself, your metabolism is so slow at this point because of starvation. You said even more than 1200 cal make you gain weight it’s because of your slow metabolism. I have gone through this, there was a point were i don’t even eat for straight 7 days. Crazy ik😅. What I have learned from my journey is that starvation will do anything. Try 20-25% calorie deficit please please strength train 5 times a week and 2-3 times cardio per week try to complete 10k steps, eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight, I can’t not even explain how much 8 hour sleep is crucial for weight loss, drink your water and try to stay happy and active.✨And good luck

You are contradicting yourself, because in the hormone reset plan the post workout berry shake has 6 -8 oz of Almond milk. Can you please clarify ? Thank you

Almond milk has 2g of fat, that’s an insignificant source of dietary fat, I’m referring to a high fat meal or snack which would be north of 10g or more.

I have a question about the workout portion. I have the 12 wk hormone workout plan and am curious about doing extra (cardio) walking outside of what is listed in the plan. You mentioned that having the goal of 10,000 steps in this plan is not necessary and could have a negative effect when you have hormone imbalance. My problem with this is I live by myself and have a dog that I walk daily. I take her for longer walks in the evening which could me anywhere from 20 min - 1 hr at a nice steady pace. I have a longer stride and walk fast, so my pace is generally faster than most people. How do I incorporate walking her on the weight training days so it doesn’t affect my results? Do I I walk slower, walk less time etc
