Thanks so much for watching todays video! :) So glad to have gotten this issue fixed. Like I said, this is the biggest issue I've had yet with the brz so luckily it wasn't too hard of a problem to solve. Let me know in the comments what you thought about the end of the video! Soo a community vote would be cool and all but I feel like since you’re going to be the one driving it, owning it, and dealing w all the obstacles ahead for that vehicle it should at least be something you’ve always dreamt abt owning yk. I’d also be awesome if one day outa the blue you drop a video that says “brand new 350z project… i mean daily” LOL anyway, catless is always better;)

Get elm327 bluetooth adaptor from amazon you can read and clear codes from your phone without unpluging the car battery every time. They are really cheap too

if it is off that board... I say go RX8 cause there are plenty that can be had cheap and will make for a great comeback story. If you are considering option OFF the board, I think a 2008 Subaru Legacy Spec B would be sick... Not a ton of content out there on that plus AWD and a back seat and big truck to haul your stuff :)

Hey Ben , I did the same steps you put into your videos and I still have my check engine on. I was wondering did you tighten the 02 defouler all the way or till the thread ended? I don’t know why I still have my light on 😭

hello, i bought a new brz too. Is there any clunk sound when you shift into 1st gear? especially N gear to 1st gear. But when i shift into 1st gear again , the sound disapper....

That’s normal, I could be wrong but I’m 99% sure that’s just your synchro’s in the transmission matching up with the gear the first time it goes in.

Here, the fines for getting caught cat-less are ENORMOUS. The fines are levied by the environmental protection agency (EPA) and are currently USD$15k for an individual or USD$30k for a business. Not worth the risk.
