Here in Europe we have Decticus verrucivorus... the Wart Biter! They may be not that big but they can easily bite through human skin...☝ And well... it hurts more then a moskito bite!😂
Our european species Tettigonia virdissima, Tettigonia cantans, Decticus verrucivorus and Pholidoptera aptera may be not that big but they all have pretty powerful mandibles and yeah... it hurts!😂
Lmao dude has ptsd from being stung so much. "This is the terrifying housefly, see how i hold it by its wings so it wont turn around and bite my finger with massive chomping force" 😂
It isn't poisonous. Poisonous means if you eat it you will die. Venomous means if it bites or injects venom in to your body you will die. But the catidit isn't Venomous or Poisonous. But it's bite does hurt.
If I was you, I wouldn’t let it go because the reason white bites it’s because people grab them by their back if you grabbed them by their bag they’re gonna hate you you’re not gonna have trust in you. I have them right now all I did is went outside find like two grasshoppers, and all I had to do was just push it with my hand slowly I did not grab it by its back that’s how they don’t bite you or they don’t bite me.
This guy is terribly misinformed. Katydids can be so much bigger than that, they're actually quite chill and don't bite or very rarely do, you'd have to severely piss it off, and they don't fly but they do jump.
Depends on the species. A lot of Katydids will bite if handled in the manner he's holding this one. If you freehandle it, then no, it probably won't bite. However, coneheads, whether predatory or not, are aggressive, and it doesn't take much to get bit by one.
One flew at me when I went to a birthday party last year it scared me!! XD landed right on my arm I thought it was a normal leaf that fluttered to me Nope
