More Plates More Date's video • The Liver King Lie This is the greatest fitness lie of All Time Merch moistglobal.com/ I stream every day / moistcr1tikal
not perfect, but there is a fact to get built, and that is eat healthy and balanced meals, sleep properly, and work out a lot. Thats all there is to it.
I agree, however G Fuel is no good, independent of Charlie's endeavors or his awesome set up there. -try "Shredded Sports Science G Fuel", that fellow's also rang the Liver King alarm many times over.
I worked out for 13 years... 6 days a week, and had an insane diet and never even came close to looking like that... And neither will anyone else without steroids.
Yeah. Anyone who says stuff like “with my program, you can achieve my look!” should automatically raises red flags. People like him who sell a lie, are literally preying on people’s insecurities :(
Nobody's gonna go on a hike with heavy ass weights on their back unless their stupid as shit. The guy genuinely had a good personality and yall be fucking hating
I think they tarnish the trust between experienced body builders and fans who want that lifestyle. I can't look at a body builder who says "join my workout program..." seriously. anymore.
@@idlehawk9553 bro you shouldn't even be looking at those books in the first place, the fact that you gotta have people guide you in workouts when theirs Hella good content for free here on yt is just sad
@@jimmyvasquez5298 It’s just like getting some “hella good content” from someone you admire and want to look like. I see nothing wrong with it if they’re not another bodybuilder selling a scam, which is indiscernable now.
Noel Deyzel said it best and I am paraphrasing it. "No one's gonna care if you're not natural, as long as you're honest about it but, the people you're lying to are going to end up getting hurt."
Really. Makes you wonder why they lie in the first place. There is DOZENS of fitness youtubers unashamed saying they are on gear. Their fanbase knows it, and they are pretty much well loved and respect. No one cares for what you used if you are honest. Dereck from More Plates, Greg Doucette, Noel, and so on
While watching his apology, I laughed when he explained that he did all of this for the supposed 4000 people who commit suicide every day, along with the 80000 people who attempt every day. And as an individual who was once one of those 80000 people, l'm honored that you took steroids for me. it really brings Justice to my soul and mental health. Thank you for your service Liverking.
The irony in his statement is that taking steroids is like a form of suicide as it increases the risk of many health problems such as heart attacks. So he’s gambling with his life daily . And the primal fad he preaches is a joke, wanna see how primal humans would act and react towards someone like him then just plop him on sentinel island ! he’d be dead in a few moments by guys half his size then they’d eat his liver.
How did people see a dude running around in the woods behind his house, claim to eat nothing but raw meat while being jacked, and thought to themselves, "Yes. This is real."
There is literally no way people were actually believing that he was 100% natural when it doesn’t even look like he is 50% natural nor is it even possible to achieve this kind of body in a whole damn year.
Dude it is though. Even when other youtubers called him out earlier (before the 1 hour video of MPMD) people were defending him. Just goes to show that most people have absolutely NO IDEA what can be achieved naturally and not. Heck, even i used roids 10 years ago. I looked natural, so even natural looking guys can be on gear
This is the fitness industry. Roided out folk taking advantage of people who don't know better and think they're getting some special bottled formula. Liver King is just one of many. A lot of the fitness industry is built on lies. It's kind of like the cosmetic industry telling women they need makeup and anti-aging crap to look good when most of it does nothing. The fitness industry is the same.
His abs bulge because HGH (human growth hormones) make your organs grow as well. So his intestines grow as well as the muscles making his stomach bulge out like that. You can always tell when a muscled out guy takes HGH because of the the giant stomach with super defined abs on top.
@@rockyadams2825 Well you’re right about it being intellectually nuked. That’s such a strange take like, he’s clearly on juice, saying he is without evidence isn’t some great moral sin, so like what’s the deal?
The fact he tried to scapegoat with the mental health population is sad, dude has been a pos liar from the start and I’m definitely happy to see him go. Was calling him out as soon as he started social media.
I was vehemently against him claiming natty for years, until this very document proved he was until very recently (3 weeks when he wrote it). The first 5 things listed arent steroids
@@MrFRNTIK gross diet and unnecessary sleep/living conditions (such as putting your electronics in a special container to contain the rays and sleeping on a wooden pallet)
At first this situation made me want to smugly say that if anyone fell for the lie in the first place they're dumb and don't have working eyes, but honestly there is so much dishonesty in the "fitness influencer" space that I can hardly blame anyone for not having a solid grip on what is/isn't realistic. I've been tricked before, and anyone that hasn't would be in a very small minority. I at least hope the people he fooled learned the smell of bullshit so they can avoid this happening to them again.
I won’t lie, I actually invested in his gimmick for a while cause I wanted him to be real but subconsciously I knew he was juicing that’s why when he made his apology video I really wasn’t surprised.
Charlie saying More Plates More Dates brought a big smile to my face. Derek deserves this attention for all the work he does and for exposing this lying turd
The beginner trap on fitness internet is undefeated. Anyone who has ever trained knows this guy is on a crazy stack. The dark part is ppl like this guy trick beginners into buying supplements they don’t need
Part of the problem is that the average male in fitness ads or that is in most forms of media when shirtless is on some form of PED. It’s a huge problem. Due to this the average normie might think a lot of physiques are naturally possible that are incredibly juiced. People are talking about it more but it’ll take a man to lead the movement to change that.
True , this and training plans + diet , alooooooots of super juiced dude will sell you the "ultimate secret" wich is 99% bs , the real secret is dedication , healthy food without a calorie surplus , good sleep and workout and i think thats why natural people are angry when some ultra juiced brain try to flex that they are natty
oh yeah, it's noticeable, I go natural, I'll have the bruce lee physique, if I were to suddenly take roids or supplements and look like a balloon, it's going to look sus...
The sad thing is this: this is not the only story of it's kind. There are very few fitness influencers who naturally got their physique naturally. Let alone using the supplements they sell.
i remember seeing one of them that started the fitness video with, "Now don't aim for my physique, I did steroids and you won't look like I do, but these techniques are real."
It's a strategy to making money really. Capitalising on overweight/underweight/even average men who see all of these "naturally achieved" desirable bodies and want them. The worst lie is when they say you can get to their point in a few months or a year.. gaining muscle mass is not at all easy and can be discouraging with enough high expectations
@@CheMADD I mean, I'm a 22 year old woman that has never been in gym nor cared about working out. He's not jacked like bodybuilders, so I assume it doesn't matter how much muscle person has but how defined? Point is, most people aren't familiar with it or care.
@@Ilivedbih yeah it’s one thing to not care but if you had to put some thought in it and guess I doubt you’d guess that 40+ year old man obtained such a physique without the help of the juice, right? I was just pointing out that most people assumed he is lying. I don’t see anyone calling this BS and defending him is all I’m saying. He is a fraud and I thought we all agreed on that lol
One thing you can never hide after juicing for awhile is the bloated/bubble belly. Even with abs you can always see it. Body builders bellys look so gross when hooked to long.
The most annoying part about it is that while roiding helps a lot in building muscle, you still need to go to the gym and eat clean if you want the best results... People come down so hard on either side of the issue, either roiding is "cheating" or people who look like chiseled greek statues say they are "natty", it's just dumb man.
Whenever you say “I’m sure everyone has heard of him” I genuinely sit here and go… Charlie, if you weren’t talking about him, I’d NEVER have heard of him.
I heard of him through Doctor Mike in a vid where he talked bout what the LiverKing could be doing wrong or is he doing it right (I can't remember what the verdict was but i think Mike debunked quite a bit of his tiktoks)
As someone who grew up in a household with a national body building finalist and provincial champion, it is physically impossible, unheard of in any galaxy to be even remotely massive and shredded without taking some form of test, tren, steroid, deca, etc. Those 20 year old fitness influencers you see on IG? They're 5'10 and on heavy amounts of test and their hair will fall out before they hit 25. It takes weeks for results to show, but side effects lag by sometimes up to 2 YEARS. 2 years after you commit to these insane changes to your body, you pay the price. It will NEVER be genetics. It will NEVER be natural, unless you are moderately built and are a student of every living aspect of fitness and diet committment.
As someone who very closely knows someone in the scene as well I full heartedly agree, but I would like to clear one misconception and that is even if you take any of those substances you're not gonna be magically fit/cut, you still have to put in a lot of work to maintain and achieve what he has, but it doesn't justify him lying and deceiving people who don't know better.
I was jacked at 21, but had been working out since 15 or so. It's definitely possible in your twenties, while unlikely especially from "influencers". 30+? Nah, not believing it.
Just wanna clarify that genetics may predispose you to an easier time developing muscles, but fully depending on them will never get you to the point this scammer did physically.
@@ricardasbackus4783 There's been experiments where they take a group of men and seperate them into 4 groups: control, a group that's working out but not taking steroids, a group that's taking steroids but not working out, and a group that both works out and takes steroids. Of course the guys taking steroids and working out gained the most muscle, but the astounding thing is that the guys who were taking steroids and not working out at all were gaining significantly more muscle than the guys who were working out and not taking steroids. So to say you have to work hard to look good on steroids, not really tbh, you will literally gain more muscle taking steroids and sitting on your ass all day than guys who don't take steroids and utterly destroy themselves in the gym.
this wasn't a crossover, he just watched a video about MPMD, if that were the case, everytime I watched a video and talked about it to anyone you would count that as a crossover.
Shoutout MPMD for going so in depth about this guy. Can’t believe this guy try’s to pass as natty when everyone and their mom knows there is no way in hell he is.
Some people are literally brain dead quite literally. Like I’ve heard people blatantly say Arnold was natty💀. Saying that people now a days can’t achieve what the people in the past did with all the hard work. Like WTF!
Man none of the guys that say there natty are and if you watch natty comps these days there all juiced. Natty body building at a professional level doesn't exist at all.
MPMD is a charlatan who has never had actual size (except in his delts) his legs look (and have always looked) like a natural dude even when he was blasting shit. He made a killing off of turkesterone which has been proven to do actually nothing by using big words to confuse the shit out of his audience who have no idea what he is even saying. Bodybuilder circles laugh at this dude. Why would you take steroid advice from a guy who is bad at bodybuilding. He also tries to claim you can maintain a high level physique on trt which is 1000% bs. You've never ran a steroid cycle clearly because when you inevitable cruise you would have realized this lol. No hate man but this guy's an actual 🤡
Very glad you mentioned MPMD as he is genuinely the only reason this information is out. I hate seeing people just take the info and make it their own for clout. As always regardless if the story is big or small youre a real one:)
That really depends on how far back you go, really. The first evidence of cooked food dates back to about 780,000 years ago, while the earliest species of humans (Homo habilis) appears to have emerged around 2.8 million years ago, so that leaves about a 2 million year gap when we know for sure that humans haven't been cooking their food. And that's not even taking into account that cooking didn't actually become widespread until about 250,000 years ago, meaning it took another 530,000 years after cooking was invented for everyone to start doing it. So again, it really depends on where you start counting.
@@colin6603 who cares, he wanted to push further than human limits, that helped him do that, alcohol helps people push further than human limits on not being sober, eating pizza pushes the limits on the feeling like you just ate pizza, who cares
I really love MPMD for exposing this kind of stuff. Most people don’t realize how pervasive PED use is in fitness and entertainment, and it has completely warped the concept of male beauty standards as well. You aren’t a failure because 5-10 years of training haven’t successfully given you the physique Hollywood actors achieve in 9 months for a role. All the chicken, broccoli, and rice (and raw testicles) in the world can’t put 40 lbs of lean muscle on someone in a year.
It doesn't help that there's non PED users that just outright lie about their fitness accomplishments. Actual real natty people just pretend they put on 30lbs of muscle in 6 months or curled a world record at 17.
Steroids are pretty common. Common side effects are aggression, shouting in public, being extremely jacked, and usually narcissism and arrogance. Pretty spot on description of Liver King
@@Ubebread1 sure, to the well trained eye you can tell liver king is juicing from a mile away. But there are people who still think The Rock is natty so what does that tell you about the average population.
no one ever thought he was natural. Obviously he does steroids. Liver King never once mentioned that by following his 9 ancestral tenants that you could look like him. He is just spreading a positive message and utilizing his jacked steroid ridden body to promote it.
@@lennyh801 watch Derek's video. He 100% says you can look like him naturally hundreds of times, and claims you can raise your test levels by more than double by doing his pseudo-science BS. Scamming young impressionable people by lying isn't "just promoting a positive message"
0:42 "Much like my ass after eating spicy food, a big leak happened." Charlie has a way with words that truly rivals that of the world's greatest poets, and I'm not even being sarcastic. The way he delivers these lines makes every one of his videos a top-tier stand-up show, while educating the world on some people's unbelievable idiocy at the same time.
One thing I’ve realized from being in the exercise game for a few years now is, the biggest bodybuilders are usually the most insecure people I’ve ever met in my life. A lot of them have body dysmorphia, and even when they’re jacked af, they still don’t like the way they look. This leads them to the self destructive path of massive doses of PED’s, and eventually, their premature death (usually of a heart attack, stroke, or kidney/liver failure).
Haha yes, this is true. After being in the "training" world my whole life (I started doing kungfu as a 7 year old, started with MMA at age of 13 and also black belt in Kudo Daido Juku). I am only 171 cm and weigh 62 KG (171 cm = 5'7.32 136 pounds), but somehow, it always seemed like my confidence was way greater than 99,9% of all the roid heads. It is like most of them are insecure young teenager on the inside. But it makes sense when you think about it, they are trying to compensate for the confidence / self esteem they lack, so they pack on muscles to look dangerous. But big bodies (muscles) require more oxygen, this is why all of them cannot last in a fight in longer than 1 minute. Same thing in the bedroom I would suppose (for you girls who thinks that looks sexy). A lot of them can be nice tho, I am not saying that they are bad people! If you are interested in boosting your confidence, training is always good, but I would suggest you becoming dangerous rather than only look dangerous, because IF something ever would happen, then you can rather rely on the skills you've earned rather than relying on the looks, because not all dangerous people care about physical APPEARANCE, then it is good to have a toolbox to deal with the problem. Training martial arts actually gives real confidence, and it also teaches you to be humble. Visit any gym and you will see that majority there are really nice people, and people training there range from doctors, surgeons to street cleaners. Its a very big variaty of people who train, walks of all lives. Advice: avoid Aikido, Wing Chun and stuff like that, those are what we call "bullshidos".. its basically fake martial arts that uses cult-like behavior to snare in mentally weak people. They dont work, but they refuse to admit so, even tho there are no videos of these "martial arts" actually working in a real life situation nor works in sparring against functional martial arts. Also when you visit a gym, dont try to knock your partner out, be nice, you are there to learn.
@@vipr1142 literally ur comment makes U sound like an insecure 14yo hater😂 ppl r jacked for many reasons, and ppl being built a certain way tells u nothing about their personality
I swear the whole"don't believe everything you see on the internet" lesson has gone out the window these days. You only see on social media what people want you to see. That's how predators get away on RU-vid for so long is because their public persona "would never be like that" but you never know how the person on the other side of a screen is behind closed doors
Right? Bodybuilding is like the complete opposite of a naturalistic lifestyle. Like no offense to bodybuilders, but it's pretty clear to see that turning your body into something like that is not achievable without various supplements be it roids or protein shakes.
@@shinyagumon7015 Maybe this isnt comparing roids to supplements like creatine, pre-workout, etc. but you can be a bodybuilder and look a certain way without these supplements. Those are just there to help you by simplifying or making some things easier to support your training. The difference between naturalistic and modern life is that today people are training mostly individual, isolated and limited/straight movement (thats why things like bulgarian split squats exists) its not unnatural per se only with different goals. But with things like genetics they are people in history which look like some bodybuilders would.
yh they were probably lean, fast and fairly strong but they didn't look like fcking gorillas. He wants to live and look like our ancestors but our ancestors did not have access to PED's so idk what he's doin
This is why I like Noel so much. He is honest about his steroid use so that way people don’t try to give themselves false hope and don’t develop dangerous habits. He truly actually wants to help people get better
Liver King looks like the first level boss in a Streets of Rage game, like he'd turn out to be Axel's older brother who went insane and disappeared ten years ago.
Sad day. I was so ready to live off of nothing but raw livers, animal testicles and to live a lifestyle so primitive that even old Ted would’ve been jealous of me.
Honestly the worst thing about the situation is that most people who lift to get big already knew (not to the extent) that he was juicing but the fact he let down the kids who looked up to him and the few who were just beginning in the gym were let down and now turn away from the gym. Something that is physically and mentally beneficial.
I wonder if that person exists. No hate I agree with your viewpoint I just wonder if anyone actually thinks like that. The way I see it if someone gets turned off by one person "cheating" they would never stick with it.
Some times i forget that people dont know that like 98% of these "natty" dudes are fake and that alot of these crazy phisiques are impossible for the normal man to achieve
Thank you! As someone very into fitness and bodybuilding, I'm glad you're shedding on this situation. We absolutely hate when fitness influencers are completely dishonest to push their product.
But his physique is still impressive even if he’s on roids it’s still impressive to have a physique like his it requires a lot of work but roids jus helped him to get bigger
@@abdullahalghamdi1763 Agreed which is why alot of people don't care if you take gear but rather just be honest about it. Lying to sell your product is scummy.
Its kind of obvious that his content is aimed towards incel-ish people. But its not their fault, people simply do anything to "better themselves" and some might take advantage of that vulnerability.
I guess it wasn't, but it's nice to see bonafide solid proof against them though, that way he can't say shit like "you're just accusing me" or "assuming" anything
reminds me of the highly athletic and trained sportsmen that promoted a "snack" in germany... they made it look like you can eat "milchschnitte" just as a snack without repercussion... people called them out cause its nothing but fat and sugar and they double-down on that advertisement... never again you saw a person doing sports promoting that stuff!!!
The fact that he did this from his professional email kills me. He's over hear dying on the "I'm natural" hill, meanwhile he's straight up admitting it (in character). That's not even mentioning how visually obvious it is. Great video Charlie
