Since I’m that asshole (1) Closing the valves afterward good idea but once transported back to the shop open back up to bleed off pressure built up so the yard guy doesn’t get hurt scrapping the unit (2) Using Air Acetylene is for rookies, Oxy/Acetylene are what separate men from boys, not to mention he didn’t have a wet rag or heat block on the valves, nor did I see him remove the cores (3) Condensate drainage needs to have a drop in grade and put your bleeder after the P trap (4) Vacuum is also simple, you don’t use your gauges, simple one hose system on suction line and micron gauge on liquid line side

@@HookAgency Examples: At 3:08 The guy setting the new Condensing unit didn't tell the 'new' guy why he was setting the unit at that location. Yes it has to be a certain distance from the house for side ventilation, but also for top ventilation from the over hang of the house. At 5:21 the Tech didn't do a good job in explaining pressure testing with nitrogen other than this little test thingy, or why we pressure test with nitrogen instead of air or refrigerant. At 6:16 the Tech is talking about Static pressure but didn't give an explanation on what that is, most new techs don't have a clue of even how to test that. Also the Techs portraying in this 'Training' Video really didn't have the enthusiasm to want to be recorded in doing this video, or or this is just how everyone is in this company and nobody is truly happy working there.
