Good luck on the weight loss man. I went from 250 to 185 a couple of years ago. Felt so much better all around. Sit around 200-205 these days but best thing I’ve ever done.

I lost 40lbs (I’m only 5’9), properly 10 year. I’ve kept every lbs off by just having portion control and not eating junk food(nor fast food much). Don’t need to exercise to keep weight off or loose it, it just keeps your system working better. Make your weight loss functional with your life and happiness. Simple simple Keep it up bro!

I think grey for the housings would be cool. Not too flashy, compliments the frame, and maybe metallic. I would do a grey off of blue since the frame is blue.

I had a racecar painted a similar blue, i thought yellow went really well with it, along with some red and white

Metallic silver or metallic gold axles would be cool 👌but whatever color you use put in that METAL FLAKE. You will be glad you did because of the way it stands out in the sunlight. 👍

The best thing you can do to maintain a healthy weight is lifestyle changes. Make substitutions so you don’t feel like you are missing out. I did Keto for three years and it was easy to maintain. But like most diets as soon as you fall back into old eating habits it comes back.
