Most aquarius men including myself are quiet with women whom we actually like. Even if he comes off as a typical player with other women, he will feel somewhat trapped in his own head when he’s near you because you make him feel emotions when our comfort zone is being detached from our emotions.

A lot of us do come off as assholes. That's usually because of a few things. One, they may feel that person deserves it. Two, they are indeed incredibly sensitive, and when they get hurt, it makes a DEEP wound, and this is best best defense men have, that isn't violent. A repellant, if you will. Three, we don't share because emotions are seen as a weakness for men. It's ingrained. It's how men are raised by parents, and society. I personally look for someone I can show, and discus my thoughts, and emotions with, and not be judged for it, or what those thoughts, and emotions are. Loyalty is the upmost importance. We also tend to give 100% of ourselves to the other person we trust, and connect with, but also expect the same in return, and can feel like an extreme betrayal when it's not given back.
When I was younger most of this was true but I've acknowledged those things and I have a need to express my emotions no matter where I am. I speak from the heart. I do take the initiative when I like a woman but if I'm doing too much chasing it makes me feel as though I'm begging and I don't like begging and so I turn cold. Yes I do have a big ego, I was born on the 1st.

I can't stand Aquarian men. They always flip out when they have feelings and then disengage. As an Aquarius man, I’m most likely to express myself only if and when I feel the likelihood of the conversation will not lack substance. I dated an aquarium man who was absolutely head over heals in love with me so it seemed or at least he convinced everyone that it was love. have a classmate guy who is an aquarius, we used to talk sometimes regarding studies online but he has always ignored me in real life , which felt very embarrassing to me . He would just make it seem it he just doesn't see that I'm visible even if we're standing side to side. He only says hi /what's up if he is approached by me first . I actually think it's a great idea if someone gave an unbiased, honest idea of every sign just like she does in her videos. People (at least those who believe in astrology) could thus avoid miscommunication, or the total lack of communication, misunderstandings and wasting time on the wrong people.

Would an aquarius test if your actions match your words by doing exactly the opposite and giving empty promises to see how far your boundaries go? Much else seemed to be going just fine (spending quality time as friends , looking for me on a daily basis, asking a lot of questions - even personal - and remembering details even i wouldn't remember, praising and showing admiration, reciprocal communication, supporting my work, admitting to being sensitive,saying that he was starting to talk to me as he does to his friends, etc...). But where he broke his promises was were i felt betrayed and cut it off. He made some half-assed attempts to resume communication but since there was no apology i left it at that. I really would like to know however if what i'd experienced was genuine interest or if i was being played because he's a colleague that i get to see every day, like it or not...Your 2 cents please...
