OMG! What a beautiful tour of Monaco's Boat Show! Had to be a very fun time, even tho you were working to show us this extravaganza! I'm always fascinated by these yatchs, and the people who buy them. Thank you eSysman (Wish I really knew your name!) I bet there were some great food treats to be eaten as well. The entire setting is out of a movie (so to speak) Thank you so much for bringing me this, otherwise I'd never have the opportunity to experience it!:))) Super Yacht's are truly beauties to behold!
Was salivating at those vintage Rivas. In Muskoka Ontario the millionaires put on a classic boat show with fully refurbished old lakes runabouts. Always remember that Lake Tahoe Thunderbird with 2 aircraft Alison V 12 engine from 1939.

Nothing like a bit of revving from a good car. My neighbour has a Range Rover Sport Supercharger and we have an agreement that he starts it loud so I can get goosebumps, makes my day
Taking a classic and making it viable for today's world is a way of preserving the quality of the craft and allowing it to have new life into the future. Let me add that there are many systems on the newer models that an owner may find necessary today. Updating a classic lets them keep working without retirement into the edges of boat museums.
Yay! eSysman at Monaco. 22 minutes wasn't long enough. I could watch and listen to you talk about everything there for an unbroken hour, then another and another. I too was horrified at the electric old race style cars, and even moreso by the Riva. If the former are blasphemy, the latter is an absolute sacrilege. In spite of all of that it's wonderful to see you looking well rested and SO happy and excited. I agree to the dark marine colour ... I think the formal name for the colour is 'French Navy' ...wow, the line-up is fabulous for the Yacht Builders ... I would probably hours & hours on a walk through ... nice Map .... looking forward to the tour of Lusine ... love the Lipicar IV ...eSysman did you say they store the boats in the mountains? .. how hilarious ... I've just newly arrived in the Canadian Rockies & on the shuttle bus to a neighbouring town, there was a sign on the highway saying; 'time for boat storage, high, & dry' ... so all of the high altitude fresh water fishermen need to tuck in their boats for the big Winter Sleep LOL ... as long as there's no argument from the bears ...

Thanks for the memories. A lifetime ago, actually mid 1980s, Minji and I bicycled from Toulon to the F1 race. We rode our bikes over the course thinking it crazy to drive 150mph down some of those streets. We loved walking around Monaco, seeing the city. I saw the hill where we watched the race from, the Honda transporter below us. Senna won. Minji and I did get some strange looks, which I attribute to she being Korean and me White. Thanks for the memories, in the background of the video.
Nice version of a foil board @15:40. Looks like a handle instead of a hand held speed control. Will take away some of the movement freedom on the board, but will also definitivly give some extra stability. Like adding proper handelbars on a jetski :)
Having worked on a Feadship and in yachting years ago on the Cote d"Azur (the milk run St Tropez to Monaco), I absolutely loved this whole video and the "blasphemy" comment on the electric reproduction race cars and the "violated" Riva made my day.
The best part of this video was watching and hearing your reaction when a performance motor rev'd up. I could hear the excitement in your voice, I'm the way ! Thanks !
Thanks E, you have no idea what a treat this was for me. I went there in 2017 and this was a must on my bucketlist. But then I broke my foot badly and could only look from high up. Pretty sure I saw Dilbar at the other side, zoomed in as much as I could to get the name. But this video is how I dreamt of doing it, thanks buddy🥰
I like the concept of a silent Yacht but I have seen their model 55 and it’s completely electric, but with a generator. I would like to see you do a tour of a silent yacht. Smiles from Dallas, Tx.
I’m with you… definitely think the blue hull (or almost any color really) looks better than the standard all white. Gives them a little personality. When I buy my first super-yacht I’m definitely giving her a little personality, a touch of class. 👀😎
I am a member of GCCG (Gay Classic Car Group) as well as being a SuperYacht enthusiast.There are quite a few classic cars that have been converted to electric, my reaction was much like yours with the boat. Thanks for showing us round the show. 👍
@eSysman have you seen the footage from Florida? There are superyachts that were picked up and thrown into a pile of yachts! It was a combination of wind and surge! I am sure they have paid extra to keep their boats in a hurricane prone area as far as insurance, but dang! These yachts made the commercial shrimp boats look small. Oh, I am from just north of Florida in Georgia US. Got a little all consumed by it as we were in the cone for a good part of the time. Ian wobbled east and we had no impact from it.

When the sanctions list rolled out is when i found this channel and i could not believe how interested i found this to be .... The more i watched it the more interested i was and it seems as tho i can never get enough. I am still not sure if its the idea of the Super Yachts that interests me of the idea of who is on the sanctions list to who's SY will be boarded and then taken away from them. eSysman you do such a great job in how you tell a story but your knowledge of the SY community is second to none ! I found the first part of this very interesting , so i cannot wait for the next part of the Boat Show to see what is in store. Thanx for all the info from you and your team of assemblers !!!
