Also, I’m working on becoming an S-Corp right now, and I understand the great benefits. It 2021, I plan to build my team to help scale my business. A few questions: 1.) should I keep them 1099 contractors vs. W-2 employees? 2.) if I have employees, would I need to switch from an S-Corp to some other structure?
