A ride along Chapel Street in South Yarra, Prahran, and Windsor. Chapel Street is one of Melbourne's 'famous' shopping strips, though it has fallen into decline and may benefit from a makeover. My recommendation is to remove or limit motor traffic, give passage to pedestrians, cyclists, and trams. Filmed February 2019.

One day we will look back at this video and it will be like watching people smoking in the movie theatre. How we can tolerate this chaos is quite beyond me. It's not wonder that there have been something like 200 injuries along this stretch of road in the last five years.
