I rode for years and years with a half helmet and no windshield to get the "real biker experience". I didn't get my first windshield till 8 years after I started. Now I have a windshield and I usually wear a three quarter helmet and I really dislike riding without a windshield. The only bad thing about riding with a windshield is, having a beard, the wind pushes my beard up towards my nose from underneath and it looks funny as heck, but its better than taking all the wind right to the chest. I took it off for a half hour ride yesterday and I got hit in the ditch of my elbow HARD by a dragon fly. hahaha Go figure. Loved both videos.
I enjoy watching beach biker and maxwell and laidlaw I watch block head sometimes and sometimes I have my grandchildren setting with me.Please all you guys keep doing your thing but please keep the F bomb out and I’ll keep watching
For you long legged guys I get that mids suck for you, but I am 5'6" and I love my mids on my sportster, mater of fact had a '07 V-star 1100 and it had forwards I did not enjoy riding it at all( probably had something to do with growing up on dirt bikes too)
I'm laughing at this because my Phantom has mid controls and the new Indian has forwards. It's so weird riding one then jumping on the other. Ah Florida lovebugs...how I hate thee. Thank God they don't last all year. New nickname...the Bearded Cheeto! Lol
Forward controls are truly awesome completely changes the ride. I'm standing around your height as well and can't even imagine mids! You should have swapped helmets with BLOCKHEAD as well to really confuse us. 😂
Bubba I love the video so awesome I love my forward controls cuz I'm 6 ft I don't think that I would like the mid controls at all it seems like it would be a little cramped where do y'all ride all the time I got to come down there and ride with y'all sometime I got a 2018 48 special that need some more miles on her I live up in Waco so I'm Central Texas so most of the riding would be not that far
I rode my springer 300 miles to Laughlin with no windshield my visor was covered in bugs I could nearly see anything and I Frye’s filming but the lens on my GoPro was just covered in bugs so that footage was bad lol
So many guys have issues with letting other people ride their bikes & I never understood that. It's fun to ride different bikes & experience what other types of bikes riders are riding. Nice short vid Chad!
What manufacturer top adjustable screen are you running on your Sportster ? Adjustable screen called( X screen tour) is fully adjustable with different pitch angles I ran that on my Softail . Dozens of adjustable settings. Around $140.00

At 5' even, I wish more bikes came with mids...other people mod exhaust, accessories, etc. Just like pants, before I can wear them, I gotta mod that inseam to 26"...
