Hey guys! Today I'm taking you around the other side of Shanghai , the rich neighborhoods. Let's explore together how the rich live in this majestic city!
I left China in 1995, and never went back. In my childhood, I lived with my grandma in Shanghai for my Grade1 -3. My grandma's house was on Yandong Road by Fuxin Park. Very close to Huaihai road. A beautiful French-influenced area. Thanks for your video. My beautiful childhood memory!! I'm definitely making a plan to visit China with my kids in the near future.
Hi Choco, say is it possible to somehow join you on one of your bike rides, haha? Im revisiting Shanghai and my old University SJTU later this month and am a fan of your videos. Thanks so much for all the different perspectives on your bikde tours and interviews with other people. I enjoy them a lot :) greetings anna
Bro just found your video and it makes me so nostalgic. When my parents were expat I lived in Green Valley villas the one you passed in front of when leaving windsor place/park which was the main hangout spot because a lot of my friends lived there. Crazy because Willowbrook/Greenhills was where best friend used to live have so many childhood memories on the basketball court. Great video !
wow one of friends family live in 云间绿大地别墅,it's like 15 years ago i used to visit his home, i was like WOW....it worth like 30 millions RMB 12 years ago,its like more than 100 millions RMB today, the price is insane
Hey. This video is very helpful. I am planning to move to Shanghai next year and we have the option of living in these compounds. How s the bike ride from the compound to downtown Shanghai
You’ll enjoy living there for sure. If you live in the first neighborhood the ride wont be too long, 20min to the Former French Concession. Second neighborhood would take much longer.
This was a really interesting one. I have relatives in Shanghai who I have visited throughout the years, but I've never seen these parts of Shanghai before! That was a great tour.
