One of the best training for Ultra Cycling : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mf0-Orpfa3w.html (Nutrition with only expired dry food) and you can't fall to the ground
This is a superb book. Stefan got me through my first cycling event and longest ride ever - Tuscany Trail 2024 my first leg was 336km with over 4,600m elevation. 🎉 Now I'm looking forward to my next event!
it's really hard to get started for me, a video about that would be helpful. I've only done ~170, but events often start only at 400 km (which could be fine), but also looots of elevation

Interesting. I've been on a couple of long, multiple day tours and it never occured to me to buy a can of tuna for protein source. Given that canned food can last a lot and it resists a wide range of temps, this should have been a no-brainer. Noted it in my next tour's food checklist.
