Being almost 62, having had several surgeries on my left knee and not being on a bicycle in almost 15 years, I started biking in March of this year and just hit 1000 miles. You, young lady, truly inspire me!!
It’s hard to watch your videos. Not because they’re bad, because they’re awesome! I’ve never known of a lady so full of life, beauty, adventure and determination. Thank you. Keep on keeping on! X
I watched a few of your videos and all I kept thinking was how brave you are. You must have a beautiful personality to meet and get along with so many strangers, I get too nervous and am mostly not trusting of people I don't know. I hope the trips have been as beautiful as you say because the memories will last a lifetime. I always wonder what it would be like to just take off bike packing even for a month but I am not as brave as you. Stay safe.
Just binge watched your videos. You have a unique energy , love your frank commentary . Just got into bike packing and love it. I'm retired now and planning some long trips over the next few years here in Canada. Looking forward to following your journeys.
We love your video!! You made us laugh. " I wanted to leave early so nobody would see me, but then I decided I just didn´t care" 😂 We´re also on a bike tour with no destination in mind, and that is the story of out lives now... Maybe fait will let us bump into each other one day and we can ride together for a bit... Very inspiring to watch you!!!
Thank you for sharing your experience, it's inspiring. You are a tough cookie who goes the extra miles. 10 years ago I stopped drinking coffee which saves me 1 hour per day. Or 20 to 25 Km. Happy cycling!
Cool, dass du das Video endlich fertig geschafft hast! Bin im September auch durch Frankreich gefahren bis zur spanischen Grenze. Viel Spaß und schönes Wetter auf Teneriffa!
I love your videos! So inspiring. What do you do with your bags when you need to get something at a supermarket or so? Do you just leave them outside, or do you bring all of the stuff inside?
Great video, very cheerful! You dont call yourself Cherio for no reason! Anyway i enjoy your bike trip reports and hope tp kick my butt to start to do bike camping too. Wish you the best on your journeys
Those drone shots of Mont Saint Michel 😍👌 Did something similar a few years ago (from Belgium to near Dijon) but made the “mistake” to go through the Vosges😅
I love your energy, really ,that will be awsome ride with you one day to feel that energy. My self on May going to US ride accross America from NY to LA and spend 6 months there. Joy me to give me that energy for my trip. Very good vid and trip you made, safe travel
Hello, how are you? I'm Alex from Costa Rica, greetings, I just found your channel and I'm starting to watch your videos from the first one, take care of yourself on the roads.
Wow 800:10. Das ist eine tolle Leistung mit Gepäck!! Auch wenn das vielleicht ein bisschen privat ist....wie funktioniert das mit der Toilette, wenn du so in Busstationen übernachtest? Im Wald ist das ja einfach, aber so...???
Hi, I love your videos, you're so funny and also love the quality! I'm wondering: how are you doingt it with locking your bike and stuff when doing groceries or when charging your stuff at McDonald's? cheers
Very enjoyable video. You shot some beautiful scenery. I read on many websites that wildcamping is illegal in France. Is this true? Is it something that people don't worry about? You seem to manage it without any problems 🙂
@@giantcheerio Thanks for your reply. I live in the UK where it's the same. I've wild camped here in quiet locations even though it's illegal. Glad to hear it's not a problem in France. I hope to give it a try 😀
Maybe someone can help me here, I want to go bikepacking through France, but my biggest concern is always the camping. Can you just pitch your tent anywhere in France? How is it possible to camp by that church or near Mont-Saint-Michel?
Wild Camping is illegal in Most Europe an countries but in my opinion u should be fine when hiding well & of course respect nature & don’t leave any trace! I pitched the tent at saint Michel when it was already dark & woke up before sunrise, so Nobody saw the tent:)
Ich war in Lille dieses Jahr ... würde yu gern dort radeln .. you are myhero möchte sofort losradeln.. woher bist du in Germany.. all the best enjoy traveling .
Not rude at all as showering is very important! I use public beach showers, rivers & lakes. And when there is no such thing I use water & my towel for a quick wash !
I want to wildcamp every night like this but I just don't understand how you wake up and have two coffees and then cycle away without being desperate for a shit! Where do you go in the mornings??? Straight to a mcdonalds or cafe? How do you shower?
