This is part two of a four part video series on our Trip to Utah.
In this video we complete the 150 mile Cedar Mesa Loop starting near Natural Bridges National Monument. This is an awesome route with non-stop stunning views. We also hiked to see the Moon House Ruins which is definitely worth it, just make sure to get your permit prior to arriving as they only issue I think 20 permits a day to see the ruins.

Note that per the ranger you are not allowed to leave a vehicle overnight anywhere in the park except in the official campground and pay for a site or the Kane Gulch ranger station. The ranger said to leave vehicle at the numerous free BLM camping spots just outside the park, which is what we did. The only reason I bring this up is bikepacking.com lists these two areas as places to leave vehicles. We cached water at the beginning of the Valley of the Gods road. Also since some of this route is an out/back we dropped water to save weight and picked it back up on the way back. On day 2 we stopped at Mexican Hat and ate lunch at the only restaurant that was currently open and got supplies at the gas station There is not much going on in Mexican Hat but the locals are super nice. We had capacity to carry a total of 16.5 liters of water and never came close to running out, temperature was in the mid 80’s (F).
Thanks for watching!
