It’s the rear end so the bike rider is responsible for this. I’m a biker too, in this situation rider should have foreseen the slowing traffic and slowed down and maintained one bike space at least.

100% fault of bike driver; his licence should be suspended and his bike impounded for 6 months. It's the duty of every driver to maintain a safe braking distance from the vehicle in front.

Vehicles may break anytime in city roads as speed brakers, pot holes, dogs in middle, what ever the situation. But the vehicles at behind or besides should be proactive to put break before it hit.

Not sure if it's relevant, but I always slow down at intersections and turns. More importantly, I also use the horn twice in short succession so as to alert people about my presence. I think I'm safe so far because of that. Here, both the intersecting car and the biker are at fault, in my view.

Without seeing the front dash cam footage we cannot say who is at fault. If the car brakes for no reason or it brakes because of something ahead of it will decide who is at fault.

This is near Ulsoor lake ( for those who wanted to know ) Also biker was peaking through his mirror to see the owner of that white Honda car and when he saw in front he pulled clutch while breaking 😅 causing accident. And also adding the road here is white topped, so cold tyre won’t get grip

100% bikers fault, the car did slow down, that bike guy never cared about his environment. He was in his elevated state thinking he was in a movie doing stunts and people/girls were admiring him, day dreaming and then shouting at the car guy😂 after hitting him. The victim is the car guy, but this bike guy thinks he is the victim. Of course it's India, so support will only be for the smaller vehicle, people will assume that the bigger vehicle/richer guy must have caused this accident😂

First off inside City speed limit is 50 kmph. This video makes more sense to understand why it is 50kmph limit. So both car and 2 wheeler at fault here

First Mistake - Over speeding by both Car & Bike Second Mistake - Biker didn't maintain safe Distance from Car Third Mistake - White Honda City came in front of them absurdly Fourth Mistake or Not - We cannot say it is a Mistake without knowing what's came in front of Car We need front dashcam Footage for that But one Main thing All thing's can be easily avoided if Speed Limit was Maintained according to Road I think this Road doesn't support Speed Limit of more than 50 Km/Hr or atleast this area of Road

first thing , he is right and has right of way to ride in the middle of the road. in busy city roads beware the speed and observe the safe distance so he was wrong in this and he has benfit of doubt by distracted by fool car driver entered the road suddenly. in this case the car entered from left connecting to main road is the culprit.

At the time of the impact the speed of the car was 60km. Just a reduction of 10km speed and the biker was not able to handle it. What he was expecting, continuous increase of speed? He tailgated and rear ended the car.

Both biker, car guy are at fault because touching 73 kmps in city limits is wrong. Within the city I drive my big Rexton itself between 45-50 that’s a safe controllable speed. Secondly the biker clearly lacks skills. This is called tailgating which we should not do.

Car was going at 70 kmph and bike was more or same at turn both are at fault here u, are supposed to slow down at turn and not overspeed in first place. We dont have any rules in this country no noone guilty but in other countries u are supposed to stop at check and then move whereever u going at turns and intersection, kya hoga is desh ka, kab sudhrange log.

Problem in this video is in city roads both of these jokers are driving at or arround 70 kph . R ee bhai log , drive under 50 inside the city . To some extent biker got distracted due to that white car but as his speed was near to the speed of the dash cam car i think it was inevitable . Another problem is why our dash cam guy has not shown video from front dash cam . Kya ye hero apna galti chupa raha hai kya ? Favourable rear video upload kar ke apne ko ' sadhu ' hu hamsab ko dikha ne ki kosis to nahi hai🧐😂😅 Even i am confused in Who is actually at fault here . Biker will be blamed but i have some scepticism on this car guy because they have not given the front camera footage

Dashcam car and biker was at fault here. Firstly, speed limit in the city is always less than 50kmph and they were past it. Secondly, Indians has bad habit of not giving the way and driving faster if they see anyone crossing the road. So the car have to slower cross the road to reach the other side.
