L-plate Piaggio Vespa rider (with an expired MOT) gets upset at car in front stopping at red lights for a full 20 seconds, and looks directly at rear dashcam! LB20 HKM LB20HKM
Biker was a little too close behind and I stopped safely. I probably would have gone through the red light had I carried on at the speed I was going. Anyway... I'm not sure of the exemption rules but what was HE thinking driving on an expired MOT?
