Bikerafting Micro Adventure on the river Waveney with the Alpacka Caribou.
With the weather as good as it was I just had to head out for a while, even though I had loads to do, So I head out for a bike ride and a packrafting session on the Alpacka Caribou.
Bikerafting is a great way to enjoy 2 sports: cycling and packrafting. Making short little micro adventures like this really opens up the doors to adventure, even if it is around your local area.
I'm cycling to my put in point the paddling along the river Waveney back home.
Biking from my home town of Beccles, following the Angles Way, down to the Geldeston Locks. I put in at the Public moorings on the River Waveney next to the pub.
Always gear check before you leave or you might forget something important !!
Today i'm Paddling the Caribou Packraft by Alpacka, which is specifically made to carry a bike.
