Today we are leaving the city of Amsterdam and taking a day trip to a nearby town called Zaanse Schans - a recreation of what a typical Dutch village looked like in the 18th and 19th centuries. The bike ride from Amsterdam to Zaanse Schans is awesome and definitely a must do next time you are in Amsterdam! Cycling in the Netherlands is absolutely amazing.
