"Biking To Taylor Swifts LA House" 

This House has a lot of History, it was originally owned by Samuel Goldwyn who co-founded Goldwyn Pictures, which later merged with Metro Pictures Corporation and Louis B. Mayer Pictures to form Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), which was one of the most iconic Hollywood studios. He lived there from November 1934 till 1974 where he passed away in the house. And then his son lived there from 1976 till his death in 2015. Then in was bought by Taylor Swift for 25 million dollars and then she restored the house to it's original glory. And in 2017 it was made a National Historic Landmark.
