Looks nice and delicious. Congratulations I have a question. What is the points of putting into the pot and separating in the shapes, since it's not a solid texture? After sharing into plates it will not have that shape anymore. Isn't it?

The purpose of transferring it to another baking pan, is to keep it cool and when it cools it will be hard and easy to serve so it won't stick..
