Except for that like 10 minutes answer he gave one of his press conferences when a reporter asked him a question about roster construction with carrying a long snapper vs having someone else learn to long snap. The guy is a student of the game and could talk your ear off if you wanted to talk real football. But 99.9% of the questions he’d get in press conferences were just annoying and taking him away from what he’d rather be doing (obsessively game planning for the next opponent).
I would recommend that you go back and look at The 100th NFL Anniversary Team from NFL Films. Bill was The Co-Host and we got hear him talk more during that Series than we have in 40 Seasons. To hear him talk about the players at each position and the camaraderie between him and players who were selected was amazing.
I just recently saw Bellicek on his coach podcast on you tube and he was absolutely engaging and interesting to listen to. I was like Where was this guy in the NFL? It's like night a n d day compared to the uncommunicative guy at press conferences.
Chiming in from Europe here. The NFL is unique and fantastic in creating and maintaining it's parity. Other Sports Leagues around the world have the same 2 or three teams win everything for DECADES!!!! Some people end up being fans of their home team knowing that they will NEVER win a championship...that sucks. Kudos to the NFL.

Hip drop is not a thing. Basic wrestling principles for takedowns: wrist control and low hips. That’s literally how to takedown a human. Stop coddling receivers and backs they need to learn to protect themselves. Initially it looked like the defender was going up to try and catch it but bumped into the receiver. Does the defender not have the same right to the ball as the receiver? I think once the defender bumped into the receiver while trying to catch the ball, he gave up trying to catch it and just tried to keep the receiver from catching it which resulted in the PI. If the defender kept trying to catch the ball instead would he have been called for PI? I'm honestly asking and wanting to be educated.

Giving the Pats too much credit. It was a close game, but the NEP blew multiple chances to pull ahead or close out the game. Brissett did not play well. There was poor clock managment. There is no moral victory here. Poor performance from New England. They cant come back or close out games.
