21 is a great age for almost anything. especially for great changes. leave your highschool buddies, move to another city and start working out. i am 35 now, i gotta workout 3 times harder to make any change than i was 21.
Outside of your physical ability and the fact there is dramatic change, most 21 year olds go into the world broke with no idea who they are or how to sustain money.
All the guy needs to do first is spend a few days approaching 100 women, saying hello, let's spend 10 minutes getting coffee. And don't give a damn about what she says, just get to 100 of them. Some will say yes, but the important thing to learn is shrugging off a no.
I think the issue is men don't understand what it means when women say they like confidence. A lot of dudes do what this guy did and be self deprecating. Women are turned away by that, they don't want a guy who is shitting on himself constantly. They don't want a guy who looks like he doesn't take care of himself aka grooming, hygiene, health, etc. I've seen women who look like 10s with dudes that look like 5s and those dudes aren't even loaded with money. But they do have confidence. Also dudes simp too quickly and it comes off as desperate or only being interested out of loneliness and women pick up on it and feel like you are likely saying the same thing to every girl you come across on social media. At the same time a lot of dudes are only swiping right on IG models when it comes to those apps and not thinking about if the person they are looking at seems like a realistic partner.
shitting on yourself is a great way to get women to like you, just make sure they don't think you actually believe that. if they think you actually believe it they're gone.
