Hi Bill!👋 You’re correct when you say that ladies love a man who knows his way around the kitchen!💕 Someone has probably already mentioned this tip in the comments but a great way to get the crust off the board & into the pie plate is to place the rolling pin on one side of the rolled crust, lightly roll up the crust around the pin, then roll down the crust into the dish. Its a tip my grandmother showed me that works well every time.
