Simple because they are the president. They don’t do 9 to 5, and he was also a lawyer which means he knew how to maintain and manage time. And am pretty sure his wife and daughter with other kids don’t see him often because they too are always busy. So yeah he got a load of free time.
They don’t have to go through the normal process of getting a girl interested. They’re the most powerful men in the world. There are already a line of women who would gladly do it.

I don’t think it’s racist to acknowledge that while black people to a certain extent are victimized by socioeconomic disparity, discrimination from law enforcement, targeted lack of education, and so on, it’s clear as day there’s also a cultural issue to those with eyes that can see.

We have this tendency to conflate being great at doing a particular job or skill with greatness in all areas of your life. Many, many, brilliant people were also morally corrupt. Monica was an adult but the power differential between an intern and the MF president of the United States (most powerful man in the world) is so comically vast that you have to be slow not to acknowledge it when considering her actions. Men like Clinton use their massive power to get what they want. They don’t need to force. When I was in college I had a “host” mother from Arkansas who worked for Clinton. At this time in my life I am a devout Christian who was fascinated with politics and loved learning about everything. Nothing made me happier than talking to people who thought differently from me but were not offended by my traditional understanding of the world. Truly not much has changed. Anyways, this woman let me come stay at her place on the weekends and I loved it. She was great and told many fascinating stories about the Clintons. One day my actual mother, an acquaintance of this woman and how we met, came to visit. The host shared with my mother that she worried I didn’t like her (I liked her very much) and my mother asked why? Well, bc I slept with Bill Clinton and your son is not a huge fan. I had no idea I was so naive I didn’t pick up all the euphemisms, or notice all the photos like an Elvis Presley fan. She was still an attractive older woman, never married and today I would define her as alpha widowed by Bill Clinton himself.
