13:36 - In 1997 I could absolutely have believed that tech would exist in the future such as capacitive touch(which was a pretty minor improvement), and having an app call a taxi. It's hardly mind-blowing. Devices with touch screen and handwriting recognition were already quite common(palm pilot etc), mobile phone & internet usage was growing rapidly, computing power was increasing much faster than now. People weren't ignorant enough to be that blinkered. I hate it when people distort the past, and act like everything was totally different.
