His voice dropped noticeably as he got older, probably by an octave, but it did sound richer than it had. Still wonderful, but somehow the musical team of the other Ink Spots is missed. A unique sound they all made together.
C Porter Yeah, it's a shame too since there's so many inaccuracies and omissions in the book. But it's commissioned by one of Deeks relatives... so that explains why they're going off his book. They've been talking about it for years but I don't know if it will ever be released or even what stage it's in.
Austin Casey also Deek in general.was just a ridiculous fool. And you don't have to read Goldberg's book to figure that out. Just watching him In films and hearing stories from people who saw them perform. But in the Brown Dots he got the worst of it, what happened there wasn't his fault. I mean even if Deek wasn't biased in his book, wouldn't it be a good idea to get Goldberg's research on what happened for more details? I just hope this movie does a good job telling what happens
I wish I could say I found this by some old record with my grandfather, but I can’t. Discovering “I Don’t Want To Set The World On Fire” from all those edits of Fallout made me discover The Ink Spots and I am so happy I did.
