I don't know if you're being facetious or not but a recount in Florida conducted a few months after the elections showed that Gore won in that state. So Bush did not win fair and square.

He doesn't advocate drug abuse nimrod. He advocates ending the useless, expensive, racist, senseless "War on Drugs". You could take the literally billions of dollars spent on this endless boondoggle, and use that money to actually fight drug abuse.
Probably that nonsense makes some sort of weird sense in your drugged-out brain. Maher's a well-known junkie, and an avid advocate of junkies, just like yourself. And he doesn't realize, too, how shamelessly stupid he sounds.
