Out here trucking for many years. Since 19 - now 58 and I can tell you , for me - it's the challenge, the risk , and even the danger off being on the road. Thats always been the juice for me. I love my wheels, I have come and gone and come back again and again. Once its in your blood you will never let it go. Keep on truckin' brothers 'cause it's the life you love.
Same here brotha trucking is in my blood and I put my keys up 2 years ago and I’m ready to start driving again missed the challenge and the fights with my dispatchers.
old man drove for 30 years before he died on me at 49 when I was 19. My younger brother drives a truck now, and the road keeps on calling since traumatic brain injury in 2014. Keep it between the navigational beacons, boys!

Miss my dad so much he used to drive he started when he was 13 driving the logging truck out of the mountains for his grandfather. I miss riding with him. He retired at 72 and died 3 months later I wish he would’ve not stopped I believe he would still be hear if he hadn’t retired!!! Great song
I am now a retired professional semi truck driver and I have always respected the semi truck drivers when I was younger I only drove for 11 years my dad caused me to stop driving in 1985 when he called and said he needed my help with running a gas station but after I moved to the town in Missouri where the station was at that deal fell through because there was three families name's on title to that place and I never went back to driving then but I did for a little while later on!

40 years on the road from touring national championship motocross racing to driving semi trucks OTR until health issues forced me into retirement. The storm of Parkinson’s disease is far worse than any storm nature threw at me. Stay safe out there drivers.❤
I've been driving for over 40 plus years and loved everything about wouldn't change a thing but I'm getting close to retirement but I will miss it and I try and help out the new drivers when I can
They too the Fu out of it back in early 90,s I was Drive log Truck always over loaded 100,000+ loads No sleep and 6 packbeer on the way back to the yard, after my last load dropped at the mill. 16 plus hours a day and polished truck all night Lol!!
