The scariest part about Barnaby is that, if you watch his expressions... you realize he has zero malice at all towards Billie. He genuinely does not understand anymore from his ghostly perspective that dying is kind of a Big Deal for a living person. From his perspective, he is _trying to be nice._ A random stranger wandered in and he's trying to include them in his celebration, and not only that, he's going out if his way to help them fit in. He literally views all these choices of deaths he's giving Billie as if he's offering the little goat a proper outfit to borrow. To him it isn't a big deal, he died and it wasn't for him, right? He is so much scarier because of this. If he was just malicious it wouldn't be near as scary. But his lack of malice and comprehension that dying is not small potatoes to a living person means he not only has done this in the past but will do it again in the future. And he doesn't even understand it's wrong. And his lack of comprehension of the pains of the deaths means he cares more about how dramatic and entertaining the death is over how much the victim suffers. That is FRICKING TERRIFYING.

I love how this just exudes Halloween Energy. Barnaby’s design, the fact that he’s literally only singing about how to kill you. Things I like about this: 1. Never heard a game song (in my mind & games I had touched on) sang the word of "die" in its lyrics 2. The beats and the medley popping on 3. The singer sang the song with reactions and carry the feels throughout 4. How the word "gruesome" was sang in the song 5. The vocals If the creator(s) continue to put this much effort into the whole party, the game will surely gain more attentions and more supports by the fans. @@codyholley I did it before with a Ghast Bard who was singing RE: Your Brains who I pointed out was singing BADLY off key. AS the party would fight through an area he would withdraw before they could Engauge him, he would escape through the Ruins. Then use his bardic performance and spells to assist the enemies, One party member Actually attempted to kill the ghoul moving through an Iron Golem's AoO area risking at attack of opportunity to try and Kill the bard. Only to run into an invisible Iron grate (that the Bard had cast invisibility on prior to their entrance to the final area.)

@@codyholley yes, the one player REALLY wanted the bard dead. Bad enough they risked an AoO from the Iron Golem. It helped that I had played the actual song once (I wasn't gonna subject the players to one song for hours on end) at the start of the combat so the players knew what he was singing, I simply told them he was horribly off key. The Think about bards is they just have to perform. The Rules in no way shape or form say they have to be GOOD at it.
