Yep, this will be track 13 and it runs into therefore I am which is track 14. In the second verse, she also mentions three of the first four songs on the album … “getting older,” “i didn’t change my number,” and “my future.” This must be her Easter eggs era 😉

My take: NDA is a song about privacy. There are two kinds of stalkers on screen - the pedestrians behind her, and the cars which can be the media / press / paparazzi - driving by - circling her. And there is the specter of hit and run - Princess Diana was killed by paparazzi pursuing her. At the beginning we see a car slamming on the brakes.

Ahhhh this is a very good analogy. This song is just so eerie and catchy and interesting and with the music video its all so good. These kinds of songs can easily have multiple meanings in regards to how they were written and also based on who’s listening. I really appreciate you commenting, thank you🙏😀❤️

I think the cars represent the danger that she lives with every day. Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but the cars were real and they were really driving around her like that. Her mom was really scared. There's a BTS video of it.

Ya I saw that behind the scenes, it was so gnarly!! It looks like the music video, like the main shot (besides some of those frames that pop up) was filled all in one take. Must have been a lot of coordination with the timing of the cars coming during the chorus. Just such a cool idea for the video, very unique. I can’t get enough of the song and video, it’s been stuck in my head ever since I heard it.

This could also be about a woman who has not had a free childhood experience, u know being famous early, and is experiencing different emotions about it. The cars can be be paparazzi and the human can also been her inside emotions that’s why they vanish when she turns Also it talks about stalkers around her following her every move. This also shows fear in her privacy

You’re actually the first reaction video I’ve seen that pointed out the (hope to be) metaphor of being hit so hard she saw stars. Nobody else seems to pick up on that but it’s such a strong and intense line I hope more people pay attention to it. Such an amazing song!

Thank you for commenting and sharing your thoughts. These songs are so intriguing and interesting to try and figure out, it’s like each time to hear it you pick up on something else and then it’s like oh maybe that thing relates to this and oh I never noticed that! It’s really cool cause we will never know, unless she were to say, the true meaning of each lyric, or how deep it goes. And it may be intended to mean multiple things. Just love the lyrics Billie and Finneas come up with❤️

Behind the scenes footage of the part where she falls on her knees was leaked. It's hard to tell whether she did it intentionally or she just accidentally fell but she genuinely hurt her knees.

Owch, I did see those photos she shared on Instagram. Whether that part was planned or not, she took one for the team and it looks awesome. Reminds me of when Leonardo DiCaprio accidentally slices his hand in “Django “ but he doesn’t break character and they kept rolling and used the take it in the film.

Finneas plays the plucky notes off his soundboard keyboard.... But in regards to where the sound samples come from... Violin Pizzacato is the closest sound. So while working on your stuff...depending on your production... string instruments are super versatile
