Oyo governors have been useless. The people deserve their useless governors for allowing Lamidi Adedibu to be a local godfather. You reap what you sow. Oyo state, welcome to being the third most important state in the SW after Ogun state. A serious fall from the grace of being the third most important state in Nigeria before.

@@abinibihub A last year video? So that was what Ibadan (the best part of the best city in Oyo State) looked like since 1999 till 2023. I would not be surprised if things have drastically improved since last year since the people had the brain cells to vote for a quality governor like Makinde. But if they were voting for the likes of Alao-Akala before, they deserve the shith*** they got. You vote for Amala quality, you get Amala development. Ogun state don enter im own voting for the foolish "Eleyi". Look at what is happening in Abia and Anambra when they too voted for people with sense; not some reeeeetard that loves building statues of criminals like Zuma. Anyway, as I said, Oyo State has lost its glory. It would take at least another 10 years of hard, faultless and intense governance to reclaim it. At city level, not state, Ibadan is now way behind Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar, Kaduna, Kano, Enugu and Abeokuta in development and aesthetic beauty. A place in the 70s that was only behind Lagos, and at worse, Kaduna. Look at the ugly thing its Banana Island looked like as at last year.

When you say 'G.R.A. Iyaganku is only open to exteremely wealthy and affluent people' do you mean only such people can afford to live in that area, or normal and poor people can't even be in the locale?

Only rich people can afford it. Abacha has a house there and many important person but depends on our definition to poor sha. I ride to other local areas in the video and I hope you enjoy watching it. The GRA is home to EFCC office in Ibadan and the world iyaganku is the police headquarters in Ibadan. It’s a very secure environment

Ibadan always looks dull to me! I think the people are lazy ! It's either that, or they just don't evolve! I am seeing half built roads, complete with potholes and with koriko growing wildly everywhere! Naija sef!! One would imagine that a location labelled G.R.A( government reserved area) would have strong government presence on ground! Like elsewhere in Nigeria, local government na only for mouth! Ibadan is too shabby abeg!

You call it dull n we call it peaceful. Most people that owns some of this property don’t stay there especially in this area. Ibadan is dirty at the moment and I’m sure someone some where is working on it.
