It's good to see India is developing, but why don't we just think about ongoing environmental crisis instead of building this and that! I know that slum areas should not be there and people living there should get everything as the time pass by but somewhere I feel that we have to think about the climate and much more greenery to our planet. Industrialization is also good only when we keep our planet good. and btw nice podcast.

lessons i got to know from Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani:- 1. Be consistent in what you are doing 2. Never afraid to to try you will always succeed 3. you have to those 5% of the ones who have desire and fire in the belly .
Few years back we bought a flat , quality wise useless,aesthetically zero, leaking from the sides, but price wise close to international standards. So quantity, reliability, aesthetics, something pleasing to the eye should be always first priority. Never seen Mr Hiranandani’s product but have heard good things about him.

This episode is epic, listening to Sir Niranjan Hiranandani, I really got inspriation of Mamba mentality that anybody can become genuis if you have desire. This kind of inspiration we can only get if a person is true and integral not there at the episode for any publicity or showing off himself rather presenting himself as it is and get it inspired and helping it. I've been to Mumbai only once when I was a kid, next time whenever I'll get the opportunity to go their I'll definitely go to "Hiranandani Garden Powai" ,in photos it looks so beautiful. Thanks for this podcast this man is so down to earth and full of life experiences, I learned a lot about life from him, he talked about Big B, Tatas, one thing is common among all of them is hard work, dedication to what they do, concern for their reputation & brand unlike Hitachi AC Company, if you wish to have peace of mind never buy AC's from them😞
