Teslees, do remember to vote for the pay package and do press confirm and do submit before June 12th 2024 11:59 PM Eastern Time. I went back to the voting page and found that I didn't confirm and submit which could originally resulted in my shares vote invalid !

Sometimes I am amazed how much some Americans lack common sense and quickly distort things. This should be simple and straightforward. You made an agreement, the other party fulfilled his end of the agreement, you have the means to honor the agreement and would like to do so but someone comes along and says you cannot do it. Based on what? Subjective values? Who benefits? From almost everyone you hear that not honoring the agreement will be bad for the company. So, why annul the agreement? I ask again, who benefits?

Think about it this way: large companies invest billions of dollars in anything that will create them 5% or less than what value Elon created for Tesla and they don’t say “too much”. Just pay the man and let us carry on with the business.

most of tesla's success has come from 2 things: Govt EV credits and heavy regulations imposed by govt on Chinese EVs. without these two items tesla would have failed. so to give elon credit for everything tesla has achieved is preposterous not to mention all the hardworking engineers and employees of tesla who do most of the work for Elon while he wastes money and time on twitter. judge ruling was correct. musk got the package approved previously because tesla board was 'family owned' at that time despite being a public company.
