This song will always be one of my favorites! I am 50 now, but I was 16 at the time....a staffer at a Baptist camp called Dry Creek Baptist Church in Louisiana. The world is so different now and I have gone back to music that helps me....it is so nice to reminisce about the times in my life that were so very good as a younger Christian girl. I truly rededicated my life to Christ nearly a year ago, got baptized and this song helps remind me I am his now and I have nothing to fear...because my father, Jesus Christ is forever near!
Oh wow, I haven't heard this song since the early 90s!!! Takes me back, I remember jaming to this in February 1991, I was 14. I went out with our Church group back then on weekday evenings to visit the elderly in the Nursing Homes. Hearing this song, I'm like reliving early 1991 in my life again. Great memories. I felt so bad for those old folks at the time. Music is so powerful, it makes you reminisce.......
I have "Literally" been trying to find this song for over 25 years!!!! I was a teenager looking for this song, years after they stopped playing it on the radio! Finally found it, just to hear again a couple of decades later, to find out the song was about me😂 Thank you greatly, whoever put this song on RU-vid! Had the honor of jamming on this tune live onstage with Billy & Sarah back in the 90s during their concert in Syracuse, NY. Great song and two of the most awesome, most real and down-to-earth people I've ever met. God bless them!
I'm so filled with joy to be able to find this song. I, too, have been looking for this song for years. Then 4am this morning Holy Spirit dropped Billy and Sarah's name in my mind. It was all I needed to find this beautiful song and more by this husband/wife duo. Thank you Lord for the gift they are to Your body.

Thanks for posting; this is one of my favorite "Billy and Sarah" songs. Even though it was released in 1990, it still sounds fresh! Most of their music is "ageless." I still play their music to this day, only now in digital formats on my smart phone!
