This young man is without a doubt the best up and coming bluegrass picker and singer I have heard in a very long time. I have been a fan ofbluegrass since back in the 60's....He just makes my old heart sing. Never tire of watching him!

I'll agree Billy is awesome! Watch Will Jones do Freeborn man on RU-vid. He's very talented too, I'm A big Jimmy Martin fan and I'm glad these young men are playing the old songs they made big back in the day.
Why did he look so emotional a couple of times? Most talent I have ever seen, heard, and I 've been around a LONG time!! That fiddle player is unworldly! Lol
These young men have made Bluegrass new and fresh. It reminds me of the electric guitar and then Jimi Hendrix changed everything and for the better music is always changing but Bluegrass is the shit!!
I so love that the younger generation is keeping this music going. Beautiful, I remember back in my day (1970's) at my friend's house in MT. Dancing on these bare floor to this music. No shoes required. Best of times. Sending boomer love to y'all

@@z06king I remember my parents buying a house in 1979 and the interest rate was 14%. The boomers and in my case my parents who were older than the boomers had nothing to do with crashing any market. The laws that made it way too easy for under qualified people to get loans ended up screwing a lot of people.

what is also great with him is that even if he is the undisputed leader of the group everyone is in their place in the group and he lets everyone do their solo it must be pure pleasure to play with him and to have him as a leader. he pulls all the musicians from the top. he is completely inhabited by this music and I even wonder sometimes if he is not an alien.
