This workflow can replace the current and outdated drawings with revised sheets and would stamped Superseded the old drawings. Then Bookmarks " Region" tool can be used to label added sheets. Needless to say, that if revised sheets are placed in multiple locations, then the process of adding revised sheets must be performed serval times until all sheets are placed in new locations in the set. This is the easiest and fastest way to update drawing sets in Bluebeam by combining Slip sheeting and Bookmarks to quickly replace the old drawings with new/revised drawings. This workflow can be done each time bulletin, design changes, or revised are received
