Nice recipe, healthy too as use of limited oil...liked the twist of cooking the onion, tomatoes, ginger & garlic in water...this is the 1st time I saw this done...everyone uses oil for each step...thanks for this recipe 👍😊

@@kirtid-explorer1315first heat the appam pan properly and when you take sooji take it non roasted add some curd also and while cooking keep the lid on the appam pan for 2-4minutes on slow to medium flame don’t keep it on high flame and the once you open it just wait for a minute to turn it and cook for more 2-3 minutes uncovered
